We’ve had a really positive experience with Appstle Subscriptions so far. The support team and live chat assistants have been incredibly responsive, patient and effective when helping us fine tune our subscription setup and storefront integration. What would have taken us a long time to navigate and troubleshoot ourselves was often resolved very quickly by the Appstle team, including layout tweaks, quick fixes and helping iron out little setup crinkles along the way. The support feels genuinely hands-on, which has made the process far less overwhelming for a growing brand. Fast replies, clear guidance and practical help throughout

The team helped me implement the exact bundle and subscription features I was looking for! The design is highly customizable, and as someone new to Shopify, I found it incredibly helpful that their engineers stepped in to handle the technical setup directly. What I appreciated most was that they provided screen recordings of the process, so my team can easily refer back to them whenever we need to make adjustments. Even though we are based in Korea and were worried about the time difference, they responded within 3 minutes every time. I am beyond satisfied with their lightning-fast support. I’m definitely planning to upgrade to a paid plan once my trial ends :)

I’ve worked with a lot of Shopify apps over the years, and Appstle Bundles has honestly been one of the best support experiences I’ve had. We’re currently building a very customized “Build Your Own Box” experience for a major campaign for our brand, and Stefan went above and beyond to help bring the vision to life. He was patient, responsive, and willing to make every adjustment I requested until the page looked and functioned exactly the way we needed it to. What really stood out was that he didn’t just give generic support replies - he actually took the time to understand the customer experience we were trying to create. He even implemented custom coding adjustments for our bundle page to help everything feel cleaner, more polished, and easier for customers to use. As a business owner, that level of support matters a lot, especially when you’re moving fast and trying to launch campaigns on a deadline. Highly recommend Appstle Bundles, and huge thank you to Stefan for the outstanding support.

As someone who is still learning how to navigate and grow my Shopify store, I truly appreciated the exceptional support I received from Appstle. Alden, the Merchant Success Engineer who assisted me with adding subscription plans to my purchase options, went far beyond my expectations. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he also took the time to offer additional suggestions that enhanced both my store setup and the overall customer experience for my clients. His guidance made what initially felt overwhelming much easier to understand and implement. I’m extremely pleased with the support I received and genuinely grateful for the professionalism, expertise, and care Alden provided throughout the process. A great experience from start to finish.
