The setup process was seamless Alan was a great help. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to offer subscription boxes.

First of all, their customer service is phenomenal, even on the free plan they helped me get setup just right and the platform is working fantastic for my sales. I was able to customize with ease even though I'm not a geek on code etc. The pricing is fair. I've tried other subscription apps and they overcharge making it hard to get off the ground A+ Highly recommend Appstle

Der Support ist sehr gut. 24/7 erreichbar und sehr engagiert. Die App ist sehr komplex und es gibt eine Menge einzustellen. Aktuell testen wir diese noch bevor wir mehr zu der App sagen können.

The user experience, and the back-end, is incredible! This makes the subscription intereface so much better. Tons of features and the service is 5 stars as well. They helped get everything up and moved over. No issues at all. We couldn't be more impressed and it's a great value as well.

I have always had a very positive experience using Appstle, its very easy for my customers to navigate in terms of redeeming points, pausing or cancelling subscriptions. Customer service whenever I need help in the back-shop has always been 10/10. They generally answer within the minute and send through video details if the answer is a little complicated so its very easy to understand. I would use this platform again and would happily recommend. Thank you Derek for all your help.

Easy setup, and when there was something I didn't immediately find that I needed to change, customer service responded to my request within 1 minute and made the changes for me, then also followed up with instructions on how to do the change they did for me. Nice.
