The team is always very helpful with any questions I have and it's so easy to speak with a human almost immediately. I am very impressed with the customer service. The app seems to be working great for what I need as well and is easy to use within Shopify

I did a lot of research and have been able to combine several apps - this team has been incredibly responsive and we are combining subscriptions, rewards/loyalty, and bundling. Thank you to an amazing team that has helped make migration (over a weekend) a breeze.

Steven is like a superhero to me, I went on the chat function to get some help with something I was struggling with, within a minute he was on and helping me with my issue and then went above and beyond to help with a number of different bits. easy to use, when I had questions jade did everything he could to help including doing it for me, making videos on how to do it myself next time and going above and beyond to help.
