We’re using Appstle for a subscription setup that’s a little more complex than the usual “ship every month” model and the support team has been genuinely great to work with. They were patient, responsive and took the time to actually understand what we were trying to do rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution. When something wasn’t possible, they explained why clearly and helped us find the best alternative. If you value good support and clear communication, especially when your setup isn’t totally standard, this app is a solid choice.

We switched from STAY.AI Our subscriptions have went through the roof, customers now manage all of their subscriptions easily on their own with ease. No more emails from customers with issues, the app takes care of all of it for them. And their customer service will help you with everything, responding within 1-2 minutes on average.

Appstle has allowed Serve Coffee to offer recurring, prepaid, and gift subscriptions in one application. Our previous vendor would have required multiple applications to have the same functionality. Also, the support has been exceptional.

Customer for life. I literally spent 10 hours today stuck tinkering with another subscription app and running into all kinds of problems. I downloaded Appstle and got hands on help via chat with their engineers who helped me customize a ton of visuals and features with my subscription widget. Cannot recommend enough!

Run far away. We’ve used this app for a while, and it has only gotten worse. We’ve dealt with constant issues, and their support team is consistently dismissive, deflecting blame onto Shopify and refusing to take responsibility, even when we provide proof. The positive reviews are either fake or from stores that aren’t doing enough volume to notice the problems yet.
Hi, We’ve reviewed our records and can confirm that only one order was created and charged. Two billing attempts were triggered. The first attempt failed due to a temporary payment-gateway limitation on the provider’s end, so no charge or order was completed. The second attempt was successful, resulting in a single valid order. Since you’re seeing an order associated with the failed attempt, we’ve raised a partner ticket with Shopify to investigate this discrepancy. The ticket ID has already been shared via email. We’ll update you as soon as we receive Shopify’s response. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

The app is great, there's a lot option we can do. And of course the supports are really helpful especially Kai who manage to help me with my Product SKU problem. Will surely recommend the app.
