Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I migrated to this app after our existing app closed. The support from the Appstle team for the migration was above and beyond anything we've experienced from any app ever. As a small business owner, the tech & app side of website can be overwhelming. The Appstle team made this process seamless, shared information for future references and training, answered all of our questions quickly, and offered substantial hands on support. Truly incredible. This app also offers more integrations and customizations and fantastic price points. I couldn't be happier with our switch.

This company is fantastic to work with! I am new to the app and am using it in a kinda unconventional way for monthly classes, but was able to get it all set up with just a little help from their team, who is available 24/7. I set this up today and was up and running in less than 15 minutes! I also needed help customizing the app to match my brand’s color theme; customer support was excellent and resolved my request within minutes.

To be honest, the dev team are actually really good and happy to help with a lot of things. I've been supported by Shane, Kai, Devin and Magnus and I'm super happy with them. Thanks team. The app itself is great, a lot of good functionality. Does need quite a bit of setting up but this is to be expected, especially when transferring from another provider. But as I said, the team are around and always happy to help. For transparency: I did initially leave a 3* review as I had a LOT of issues when I first set this up..Jade from Appstle left messy code on my site, price in bright red on my product page, we had two identical prices, one presented as a sale - lots of things that made my site look spammy and led to 2 potential customers emailing to ask me why my product pages looked like that! This lasted for 2 hours and was very disappointing initially.

Incredible customer service from Devin. An issue with the widget interacting with the theme was cleared up in minutes and the service was incredible. The service here puts many other apps and companies to shame!

Honestly, these guys are truly amazing. Especially if your business uses memberships or subscriptions. I think I use 3 of their apps: memberships, loyalty, and subscriptions. Mason helped me with a query and was diligent, understanding and very helpful. Honestly I would recommend Appstle 200x over
