Here at https://pinkmoon.co/ We've been using Appstle for years and just recently decided to upgrade our plan. Brooks @Appstle support chimed in right away and asked if I needed any assistance. Guess what, I didn't even know I had an issue with our configuration, and Brooks took the time to thoroughly correct the issue... excellent service from a small dedicated team!

Appstle is awesome from the platform to the customer service/troubleshooting. I really like how they've set up their subscriptions feature and it has made it really easy for both me and my customers. It is also very customizable which I will be exploring more in the coming weeks. One of the best things about Appstle though is their customer service. Brooks and the team are very responsive and the lead times to troubleshoot and get answers is super quick - something I greatly appreciate as a small business owner and team of one. Highly recommend if you're implementing subscriptions and bundles for your business.

it takes a while to navigate at first (what new app doesn't) but once you get it down, it's very easy to navigate. I enjoy the control I have. I use this an independent patreon and because I do giveaways, i have to take precautions so people don't use my patreon as a quick raffle ticket. appstle allows me to lock subs in for any duration. mine is 3 months. again, I do this to keep the people who abuse my subscription away from it. I REALLY needed that feature because there were so many people abusing my subscription to win something for free quick. the customer service has always been fantastic. easy to reach someone and they go above and beyond. I've been with them for about 6 months now and plan on staying!

This app is amazing — super customizable and easy to use. But what truly blew me away was the customer service. I’m beyond impressed! Devin was incredible. He spent a full hour walking me through every detail with so much patience and clarity. It’s rare to find support like this. Truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

I've been using Appstle for a year or so now. It is easy to use and the staff are always super helpful if I need assistance with anything. I can chat them from shopify and they respond within a minute or two and immediately help me if I need anything. They've also helped me to optimize the appearance of the app, and made other good suggestions!
