Excellent Support & Smooth Onboarding! We recently started implementing Appstle for our subscription strategy and the experience so far has been very positive. Adam from the support team assisted me during the initial setup and was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our specific setup and made sure to guide me through the process step by step. What I appreciated most was his willingness to listen carefully and provide clear explanations, including a helpful LOOM VIDEO that made the configuration much easier to understand. We still have a few actions to finalize on our side, but if everything continues to run as smoothly as it has so far, Appstle will definitely become an important part of our subscription strategy. The app works great, made it easy to get subscriptions rolling. Even better was the support team. These guys are on it. Quick to reply and they get shit done. First message to them I got a custom video showing me exactly what steps to take to fix something. Done and done. They're good.
