So far, I'm having an excellent time with this app. I come from the Shopify Subscription and it was causing me to many headaches too maintain. I did some research and this app came up as number 1 for this particular field. The support is great, intuitive, and there's a tutorial for those new like myself. Can't give it 5 stars yet as I have just started, but I'll be sure to come back if the service continues to be super! Came back to change my rating to 5 stars! Customer service is very personal and profesional at the same time. The Appstle is even easier to use once you understand it and it gives many options for the free plan. It allows versatility before you scale so when you do, nothing has to change as you move up the billing plans.

This app is fantastic and the people assisting if you have any issues are really friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to assist you, whether you are a start up business, beginner in websites, or even a big company with experts. Super amazing team!!!

I messaged that chat for a problem I was having and I thought I would be chatting to an AI bot which is not bad if it gets the job done. But Steven came along and helped me out big time not only the 1 issue I was asking for but he noticed others on my to do list and fixed it right away! highly highly recommend! great customer service!

Exceptional support from Aiden! He helped configure my subscription plan for 150+ variants and provided multiple styling previews to match my premium brand. The app is powerful and flexible - I customized the widget with backgrounds, borders, and custom colors for an elegant look. Highly recommend for building recurring revenue!

I’ve only just installed this app, but hats off to the team for their customer support. They went above and beyond, even customising the CSS to ensure the app matched our branding perfectly (Shout out to Aiden). Their response and turnaround time was instant on every occasion, which made the whole setup process incredibly smooth. So far, it’s been a great experience. 10/10. Looking forward to seeing how things go as we scale. Thanks again to the team

Our store uses Appstle Subscription to manage customers subscriptions, and we are really pleased with both the functionality of the app, its ease of use and, importantly, the quality of its customer support. We had a small issue with our setup and Brooks replied to us and managed to resolve it all in under 5 minutes. Needless to say we were very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

So far so good, just setting things up and their agent was very helpful in getting me started. It sounds like they make it easy to reach out to them which is not always the case with all apps.
