Great overall. Works well, intuitive to use, and does exactly what we need it to for our quarterly subscription model. Easy to set up and the customer-facing experience is solid. Happy with it.

Customer support is amazing, they literally ran an entire audit of my store front and filled in any missing gaps, their attention to detail is top tier and they did a phenomenal job, walking me through everything step by step, I couldn't be happier. I've used other subscription apps in the past - this is BY far the best. It can do everything you've wished the others would do, and theyre incredible at assisting with the setup. I pair The Bundle & Subscription apps - I'll never go back to the others. Switched both of my stores over.

Super pleased with the ease of use for Appstle. The customer service is top notch as well. I was struggling with an update on the app. I jumped on a chat and was very happy with how quick I got a response and the individual I was working with happily completed the update for me since I was struggling. Very customer and user focused!

I had a few questions about this app and Brooks helped me alot and cleared alot of confusions for me. I recommend them for sure.

We moved over from another subscription platform that charged transaction fees and the switch to Appstle went way smoother than I expected. Their team handled the data transfer, everything imported correctly, and somehow there were fewer fires to put out than a normal Tuesday Big fan that it’s built directly for Shopify and managed inside Shopify admin instead of needing 47 tabs open just to figure out what’s going on. Tons of customization options, clean customer experience, and my favorite feature might honestly be knowing what my bill will be every month instead of playing subscription fee roulette. Very happy we made the switch, but one recommendation would be to build out an integration with Omnisend.
