quick solution for my problem. Fast replays and everything was understandable. Nice that they have a liv chat and dont do it via email.

Super happy with the customer service in getting the Subscription and Membership apps integrated with my Shopify store. Hussein was very patient with my many questions and came up with great ideas to simplify my processes and work around any limitations in Shopify to achieve my objectives.

Had a few issues with functionality, contacted the online chat function and my issue was resolved there and then. Very happy with the support and with the app - hopefully will deliver repeat business and increased revenues.

I just work with one of the support manager, Kehanvi, to configure the app. She was very courteous and patient as she assisted me to configure the app to my store.

The support here is the best I've ever had with an app on the Shopify App Store. They are fast and friendly - most importantly they help you solve the issue and get back up and running quickly.

I've just started out with this App and found everything very well laid out and easy to follow. I hit a technical snag, so hopped on the online chat support with Meghal who was extremely helpful and got me up and running within 5 minutes. I'm yet to take my first order with the subscription, so can't vouch for this side yet but so far everything is great!
