I used Recharge for 5 years prior to this. This platform is amazing. I did not migrate any previous subscribers but I did start a new subscription using it. I cant even tell you how many times Id ask Recharge for a fix for something and they would tell me I need to hire a developer. This app has been set up in 1 day!

This app is terrible. I'm on the highest tier plan and they stopped sending emails to my clients. They said they have new servers and I have to set up my own emails. I set up all the integrations with Mailchimp and now nobody will help me. I message them everyday. It seems they don't have procedures for this new set up. Now when my customers sign up or it comes time for them to renew they don't know they are getting an order until they are charged. Obviously this creates lots of cancelations and customer service requests. Don't use Appstle, try Seal Subscriptions, I'm going to attempt to switch soon but it will be a lot of work now. Don't make the mistake I did.

Definitely recommend using this app for any kind of subscription. Their support team work around the clock and always respond within minutes. Their fast and in depth responses & direction have saved me so much time and money

Great app with lots of handy features to give the customer a lot of customization options with their bundles and subscriptions. But one crucial thing that an app needs is: a great customer service. But luckily, you don't have to worry about that one neither. Because they are very responsive, and quickly resolves any issue i've had so far. Can't recommend this app more if you're looking to give customers (almost) full freedom of their bundle/subscription creations.

Appstle Subscriptions is a fantastic feature to work with on Shopify. I have to give a huge shout out to their amazing team! They're so responsive, quick, and are able to change everything on the back-end themselves in minutes, so working with them has been great and very easy.
