We couldn't figure out a few things on the app and used the chat function to get help. They responded right away and was so helpful in getting what we wanted configured. The app also seems to be highly customizable and we look forward to using more of their functions as we grow.

Ive been using this app for a while now and the support on technical aspects of the app and set up once it was up and running has been very good. they take a lot of the work away from the user but send details of how its all done for reference.

These guys are great! I submitted a late-night support request expecting to hear back the next day, but they responded within minutes and resolved my issue in about 10 minutes. Incredible! Highly recommend.

Great subscription app that comes with a bunch of free bonuses (like build your own bundles). Customer support is also amazing. Alan was helping me and went over and above my simple question and added features to make our UX way better. Highly recommended subscription app!

One of the best things about the app besides its easy integration was the engineer Ash, who was so amazing. Not only were his answers concise, he was quick and even helped me personalize my subscription widgets. App is worth the subscription price 100%

Very flexible and powerful app, their customer support is top-notch, we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a solution! We love the feature that allows customers to create their own boxes! Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to add subscriptions to their store. (Plus they integrate with their other apps really nicely!)
