Amazing invoice application that helped our team (1) save time, (2) create professional invoices, and (3) keep track and accurately report VAT on invoices to our customers in the European Union. In addition to the functioning of the application, the form and design of the invoices cannot be understated. The professional and stylized invoices match our brand image and add a nice professional touch to one of the final touch points with our valued customers when an order is completed. We also had an initial meeting with the Sufio team during set up and they were extremely helpful at answering our questions and verifying the application had the features that we were looking for (specifically reporting VAT rates that vary across the European Union).

Dankzij Sufio kunnen mijn klanten indien gewenst onmiddellijk een btw-factuur krijgen bij hun bestelling. Dit spaart me veel tijd en haalt weer een drempel weg voor de klant. De customer service heeft me enorm geholpen met alles in dezelfde stijl als mijn webshop te zetten en de automatische vertalingen in orde te brengen, zodat mijn klanten gemakkelijk in hun eigen taal een factuur kunnen aanvragen. Bedankt Sufio!

Grandiose App & Support. Wann auch immer man individuelle Anpassungen braucht wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Antwortzeiten bei Problemen sind sehr schnell - ebenso wie die Lösung. Eine Sorge weniger im ECommerce ;)

Una experiencia inmejorable! 10/10. La aplicación es magnífica y cumple con absolutamente todo lo que queremos. Pero lo MEJOR sin duda ha sido su atención al cliente. Lewis nos ha ayudado en todos con una rapidez y efectividad IMPRESIONANTE. De verdad, vale la pena esta aplicación, sabes que si necesitas algo estarán para ayudarte SIEMPRE. There truly isn't a comparable app on the market - we searched for MONTHS trying to locate a native means of invoicing for our wholesale clients that could also serve as an accounts receivable portal. (For point of reference, we've used QBO exclusively the last 5+ years, and we've been trying to centralize our analytics as well as streamline our order / invoice process within Shopify for some time.) Sufio takes the cake, bar none. It integrates well with virtually every aspect of Shopify and is totally conducive to our existing wholesale workflow. The development team for Sufio has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE the entire way through getting us set up, as well as in dialing in our custom templates. This applies equally to aesthetics as it does to functionality; we are exceptionally particular about the presentation of our brand (as well as the importance of attention to detail in all respects) and Sufio's support team has consistently met our requests with the utmost patience and a sincere desire to understand / meet our needs. Bringing them on has been a game changer for our business, straight up. We would love to see an option in the future for packing lists that also support split shipment breakdowns that could be included per package in a given shipment. Having a comparable template to our new invoice feature would make for an incredibly well rounded customer experience and allow for us to operate further from a singular platform.
Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time out to leave this amazing feedback for us. Honestly, the whole team appreciates this as it's such an effective way for us to understand what our users like and what they would like to see in the future. Our support team are proud to help our users and we hope to always provide some kind of solution to take the stress away from invoicing. Indeed, our packing slips are being looked into at the moment so that we can implement these improvements and try and make the shipping process more seamless. Sufio is constantly evolving and we're excited to see the direction it will be taking this year!

Excellent app and phenomenal customer service! They were able to provide bespoke code to pull through PO numbers from the notes section of the orders and I've rolled this out over multiple stores. Really great!

Cette application est simple et pratique d'utilisation. La seule limite c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'API pour facilité les échanges avec un système d'information. Le support est extrêmement réactif et agréable. Ils ont su nous aider dès qu'on a eu une problématique sur l'application

Exceptional customer service from the Sufio team! We had a complex product data scenario where vital information required on invoices were stored in product metafields. Everyone at Sufio was very helpful and provided suggestions and alternatives to address the obstacles till we were able to achieve what we needed to. Absolutely the best! Thanks Sufio!

Sufio helped us in automating the reverse VAT charge in the checkout. Also, the support is very friendly and helps with customer specific issues. Highly recommended!

We´re very happy with the updated Settings descriptions, they make it crystal clear what happens when auto–credit notes are enabled or disabled. Huge thanks to Olivia and Veronika for their immediate, clear, and incredibly helpful support (and for following up on every question). Highly recommend Sufio for their usability and outstanding customer service!

I am just revising my review after a prolonged period to say that I am still using Sufio, very happily. They have shown a long-term commitment to my business. Thanks guys. Mark If you need invoices don't go anywhere else. I spent a lot of time sorting through various invoicing apps and they were all very weak in comparison to Sufio. It is really user friendly and Djimi, the very competent advisor, was totally happy to customise the app exactly to my specifications. This app is already saving me time. Great product, great service. Thanks guys!
