Excellent app and even better support. No matter what problem we had with our store regarding invoices or VAT ID check - Sufio support always helped us. Fast response, super solutions for (almost) every problem and really very friendly support staff. We can highly recommend them!

I've been on the search for the best invoice app, and this one has ticked all the boxes for me! I was specifically looking for one that was compatible with Zapiet, and was also clean and customizable. Their technical support is also amazing and Djimi was especially helpful and quick with any issues I came across. Thank you so much for creating an amazing product!

Great, friendly customer support! I like the fact that our customers can be VAT exempt with Sufio, as we have many business partners that order in our webshops. Creating invoices and credit notes works perfectly well.
Whether it's invoices or credit notes, you're always in good hands here at Sufio as we take care of all your documents! Oh and our services works like a charm for the EU use case - thank you so much for leaving us your words of encouragement, we're honoured! :)

Excellent customer service! Big shout out to Michael (Djim) Djibril! This is what you want to expect: you run into unexpected issues and the custumer support team just steps up and get's things done. In our case, we were missing a language for the invoices and automatic emails. With a little translation help from our side, they turned the whole thing around in a matter of days. All the while, communication is professional, respectful and just super pleasant. Thanks everyone at the Sufio team.

I consulted with support as to their capability to perform a VERY niche function (conditionally emailing commercial invoices to our fullfillment ONLY for Canadian addresses). They got it done in just a few days with no help from me! Extremely helpful

We use this app to create VAT compliant invoices. Sufio has been very helpful in helping adjust things on the backend when required in a very timely manner.

We used for a while and was a GREAT solution, however, the invoice does not update if the order is changed post marked as pending, which is surprising. The nature of our business means orders can get changed regularly but if your orders do not then I would highly recommend.
Thanks a lot for your review! :) We are happy that you used our app. As you have mentioned, Sufio is not able to automatically reflect changes that were done in your Shopify order after the invoce is created. The only solution, for now, is to set up creating invoices in a way that they are created once the order is paid or fulfilled. We understand that support for editing orders could provide a more seamless experience for our customers and it is something we would definitely like to add in the future.

Not only the app is great, smooth, clean and professional but more importantly the premium service the Sufio team delivers is outstanding!! We originally found this app, as an integration with Spently templates. We really appreciated the ability to include a download link for our customers to get a formal invoice. This has saved our admin team a lot of work, replying to email requests. We truly appreciated how much work their support team put into customizing our invoices for our unique needs. This has made the switch to Shopify POS so much easier. Highly recommend for the styling, ease of use and level of support.

We started using this app 2 weeks ago. Starting from the first moment it was clear that Sufio provides great service and good communication. Great App. My invoicing is much easier now. Fully automated. The customer support service is excellent . They have been very quick in attending all my needs. They are very supportive. I'm a EU seller and I sell both through my website and through Etsy. Using Etsy integration app and sufio app I have now all my invoices from both marketplaces in one place. Sufio customer service has also adapted my needs of showing the composition of my items on the invoices working with tags on Shopify. I need this composition to be shown on the invoices for sending my orders outside the EU. Now this is done automatically without having to write all the compositions manually. Also they have worked to solve my invoices showing the correct EU taxes for my invoices coming through Etsy aswell as from my webpage. I had another issue with invoices showing EU taxes when the customer pays with afterpay app. This issue has been also solver by sufio team very quickly. Now all my invoicing is done automatically. Taxes are correct and I have all my platforms integrated into one place (Etsy invoices and my web invoices). I'm so very grateful to Sufio for making my life much more easier now. As a small business invoicing can get very messy and thanks to sufio it is now so easy.
