Sufio: Invoices You Can Trust

Very complete app with several interesting features. Talked to Michal from customer support, he was impeccable, followed us, and helped us solve all our problems and answered to all our questions! Very satisfied with the trial period, we will certainly continue to use it.

I tried several apps to make French invoices with all the required fields and I was becoming crazy because discounts and unit prices were never displayed without taxes. Sufio also displays the TVA rate for each line in the invoice. I contacted the Sufio support and they made some adjustments for me and it looks fantastic now ! Thanks a lot ! I recommend this app

App is working perfect. Service is also perfect. Wanted to have a VAT check tool in the registration form so that customers have to put the right VAT number before they buy something. Helps a lot for selling to other EU countries. Asked for it and they fixed the registration form for me and worked right away!

Very easy to use, nice looking invoice, customization very simple. Sufio Professional Invoices answer perfectly to our expectation to send automatically invoice after shipping the goods. I warmly recommend it.

Since this app does all we expect from it, I won't say too much apart it does a nice job at creating bills in real time when orders are placed. Further than that, the support is amazing. Every problem finds its solution within twelve hours or so, and the agents are nice and helpful, they even take actions without us asking (restoring some data we unwittingly erased for instance). If you ever face an issue, you'll have someone to help you out and that is priceless.

Sufio is one of the few plugins here, thats is really well thought out and just does what it is supposed to do. It generates nice looking invoices, it generates credit-notes. Plain simple and no overhead. A bit expensive maybe, but on the other side it "just works" so still worth the money. UPDATE: Sufio is getting better and better and the support is top-notch as well! Can still recommend, after years of using it! Money well invested.

This app makes my life a lot easier. Automatically makes sure that all my customers get a tax invoice. Recently had some issues, but found that support was very helpful to solve the issue. Highly recommended app!

I have been struggling to find a great app do keep invoices and automize my billing process. I found everything I was looking for with Sufio, and I could even ask the customer service for some special customization to add options answering the need of my business. The presentation of SUFIO is a fraud, it deceives the clients and it is totally illegal. It is written: “Sufio invoices are compliant with legislation in France, the EU and over 50 countries worldwide”. It’s wrong because the invoices generated by SUFIO are not respectful of the EU tax regulation. I checked the invoices in detail with my accountant and my lawyer (specialist in tax law). The app SUFIO is not able to manage discounts on the invoices. In fact, SUFIO does incorrect calculation and shows incorrect prices when a discount is applied (the unit prices of the products are changed by the application). Up to now, I paid to use SUFIO but all my invoices (with a discount) generated by SUFIO are wrong. I have sent them a lot of emails with many details in order to find a solution. At the beginning, they said that the problem was due to the Shopify's configuration. After, they said: “this is simply how Shopify calculates prices when VAT is included. It is not something that Sufio can have any affect on.” Finally, after months, they recognized the problem and said : “our development team were actually already aware of this issue and are currently working on an update to this feature to make sure the calculation is done correctly”. They asked me to wait again months, they didn't solve anything, and they didn’t change their false presentation. I contacted Shopify support to warn them of this problem of calculation and display of incorrect prices and I am surprised that they let SUFIO continue to sell this app with a false presentation on the Shopify App Store! I have lost a lot of time, and I think it is not serious and respectful for actual and future clients of SUFIO. The sellers that are using Shopify with SUFIO are concerned. They can be controlled by the administration and suffer heavy penalties. I think these sellers are not aware about that and solving the problem quickly would have been essential.
