I soo want to love this company!!!! They have good products. they got a great line up. its easy. its convenient but there is a huge issue. The processing time. I have almost half a million followers in the health niche and i could sell LOTS of products.... but i cant get emails everyday from people asking if there package is being sent out. Right now i have half a dozen orders and none sent out 2 orders were ordered 2 weeks ago. they were 3 days of processing and i got a email one of my products in my buddle was out of stock... i found out 3 days after they ordered! So those two orders must wait 2 weeks. The proper thing to do would be send out the 4 items and send out the 5th one when its in stock, but nope. all 5 items are on hold for 2 weeks now. then last week i made a new bundle 4 products... i got a order on the 4th, the 5th, and the 6th.... today is the 10th and zero orders have been sent out! i have had 3 emails so far... "where is my package" I dont know what to do.... do i find a new company. a new product. or what. but i dont want to start pushing products if this company cant delivery. 2-3 days is doable for processing, waiting 6 days for a tracking number is not!! If i ordered something online on a wed. and next tue I did not get a tracking number id be pissed and never order again.... there business model is ruining my reputation . If this processing time improves I will recommend them to my friends online ( I know huge accounts) and change this to a plus 5 . but waiting 6-14 DAYS not good business! 2-3 processing is normal. 6+ days is bad business Eric A. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused you and your customers. One of the delays you experienced was caused by a product in your bundle - Colon Gentle Cleanse - going out of stock. While we work hard to keep inventory stable, some stock availability is outside of our direct control since certain products are sourced from external suppliers who may occasionally face technical or production issues. We try to be transparent that such situations can happen when using our service, but we absolutely understand how disruptive this is for your business. Our team is actively working to restore stock as quickly as possible. At the moment, due to system limitations, we’re not able to split and partially ship bundle orders automatically. However, we can remove and refund the out-of-stock item and proceed with shipping the remaining products - just let our Customer Support team know via the chat bubble or at [email protected], and we’ll handle it for you. Regarding your February 5th and 6th orders - two have already shipped, and the remaining one is scheduled to ship today. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, and weekends don’t count toward that window - so these orders are still within the stated processing timeframe. So currently, you have only 2 orders on hold due to OOS, and the rest of the orders are either completed or scheduled to ship within the promised timeframe. We truly value creators like you and the audience you’ve built, and we don’t take your trust lightly. We’re continuing to improve processing speed, stock visibility, and fulfillment workflows to better support scaling brands. We’d really like the chance to keep growing with you. Fulfillment is done in a timely manner. Whenever there is a mistake with the labels, they have been very helpful to make sure I fix it as soon as possible. I am beyond grateful for what they have done. The app is also super easy to use and upload to Shopify.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserves one star. I created a store based on one product, and the moment we get traction, runs out of stock. They then proceed to lie about the restock date 3 times, even going as far as to say it is in stock, then backtrack, saying it will restock in another three days. I haven't been able to fulfill any orders, even though they gladly take your money to pay for them. Incredibly unprofessional, and most likely the death of multiple businesses.

Hi Absorba, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies going out of stock. To clarify: Supliful operates on an on-demand production model, and while it allows small brands to start without upfront inventory, occasional out-of-stock situations can happen due to supplier-side production delays. We always provide the restock estimates given to us by the product manufacturer (we do not produce this item ourselves), and unfortunately, these dates were adjusted several times due to ongoing production issues outside of our control. We fully understand how this can impact single-product businesses, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. In situations like this, we always recommend adding a backup or alternative product to avoid downtime - in this case, the Hair, Skin & Nails Strips were available, and many sellers successfully switched to them during the outage. We also want to clarify that our system automatically charges incoming orders, even if a product is currently out of stock - this is how the system processes orders by default. However, you can always reach out to our Support Team to cancel and request a refund either back to your payment method or as account credits.
