Title: Great platform – but limited shipping options block real potential Review: The Supliful platform is incredibly well-designed – intuitive, professional, and ideal for building a clean supplement brand. The product pages, mockup tools, and Shopify integration all work smoothly and feel very polished. However, as someone based in Switzerland, I was disappointed to find that certain key products like creatine monohydrate are not available for delivery to my country. Since creatine is a core product for my calisthenics-focused brand, this limitation unfortunately prevents me from launching with Supliful. I really hope international shipping coverage improves – I’d love to build my business with this platform.

The app is pretty good (fast and tends to work). However, there is an issue where if you cancel an order after a 2hr time frame, the Shopify Supliful UI (this app) will say Supliful Fulfillment accepted the cancellation request and the Shopify order successfully cancels, but it does not actually cancel on the Supliful side and they will ship the order. Further, Supliful will not honor refunds for orders of this manner despite the UI not reflecting reality. Just be mindful of this as you use it, the data may become out of sync between Shopify and Supliful and they will not do you any favors if this happens. Will update my review if this gets fixed

Have done over $250,000 in rev using these guys! Service is good, reliable, great support. Easy to work with. Supplements are really one of the best business models to start these days, so many different angles to take, and Supliful makes it really easy for you to get your foot in the door with whatever your brand vision might be.

WARNING!!! It is with a strong sense of responsibility that we highlight several pressing issues requiring immediate attention. The current performance of your platform falls significantly below acceptable standards, presenting substantial challenges for users and raising serious concerns about its reliability. Firstly, the site suffers from persistent latency issues, often failing to load altogether. Even when it does manage to load, navigating the interface is cumbersome and inefficient—an experience that wastes valuable time and reflects poorly on user satisfaction. For any organization aiming to establish credibility and leadership in its field, such technical shortcomings are unacceptable. Moreover, the reliance on generic AI-driven customer service solutions further diminishes the quality of support provided. Personalized and effective customer engagement is a cornerstone of business success, and the lack thereof raises questions about the company’s commitment to addressing user needs, especially when there are reports by other customers here that state that they have not received responses from you until days later. The products offered also fail to meet industry benchmarks, according to other reviews herein. This reported inconsistency proves the company and its products fall short of competitive standards; whether reported by us or others, the matter still stands. Our experience with your platform has been particularly disappointing. Despite utilizing the highest internet speeds available in our area, the site repeatedly buffered and failed to load critical pages, such as the design studio and product catalog. This fundamental instability prevented us from placing even a single order, making it impossible to rely on your platform for building a reputable and successful business. Furthermore, user reviews on this portal echo similar frustrations, reinforcing the conclusion that neither the app nor the site meets the standards expected by businesses aiming to serve their customers effectively. The issues we encountered are not isolated; they are widespread and indicative of deeper systemic problems that must be addressed urgently. We firmly stand by our assessment and cannot agree with the company’s attempts to dismiss these concerns in their reply. I am like great with them because they will let you know about what's needed to advertise your label correctly. But how they ship out the products is just in a bag and stuffed not fully protected. I have had customers complain and show proof that some products have been open and exposed. but thats because how they package the products. some of the products is very very small and the pricing metrics doesnt match the value. Also, dont like the migration of the social media. for they will charge you directly for the items that are ready to be shipped. instead of taking the proceeds from the sale item.

We indeed use padded mailers for smaller orders to keep shipping costs reasonable, but we’re sorry if your customer experienced any issues with the packaging. Regarding payments, we do not have access to your Shopify payment gateway.
