Great stuff in the beginning I had loads of obstacles to overcome being in hospital . It was great actually started it from there . After delays with no laptop ( needed ) for label designs personally to much stress otherwise with a small device. 5 star service all around ran into more difficulties but guided and assisted to address them all. I went into this lacking confidence but I’m not 100% confident and really excited to have my store up and running . Great webs design. I’ll say this though I wasn’t really impressed with the label designs I was presented with so I cane up with my own n asked the mmm to use them Apart from they all good

Was looking for ages for a supplement supplier where i could put my own branding on their products and i eventually came across Supliful. Everything from ready made store templates to being able to design your own labels makes it so easy for you to launch your own supplement brand. Customer service has always been excellent, everytime i have a issue it is sorted straight away i couldnt recommend them enough. Only in the early stages of my supplement brand but excited to see what the future brings.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately I couldn't hold back on this one. Im very disappointed with whatever operation they have running over there but clearly its just not stable. I have been waiting almost a full month for a new batch of product to be delivered which has been delayed at least 4 times, while having over 800 unfulfilled orders and a bunch of angry customers. It's ok if you just want to test the waters and start a business but once you start receiving a large volume of orders just know that they are not prepared to handle all that heat at once. I'm willing to change this review in the future, but for now, Supliful has completely ran my business to the ground and has left me totally disappointed.

Unfortunately, since we do not manufacture any of the products, sometimes we run into sourcing issues with the producers. Also, some products might be low on stock due to seasonal lack of ingredients. Nevertheless, we always ask our merchants to contact us when they see an increase in their sales so we can plan our restock accordingly to the upcoming volumes. We cannot make precise forecasting without knowing what is going on on your side. So far I've been extremely happy with Supliful's customer service as well as their premium packages. Hopefully, they keep expanding their product list. Some products have been out of stock longer than expected. I would also appreciate better wholesale prices with the monthly subscription.
