I am thoroughly satisfied with Supliful. I have used other supplement manufacturers in the past, and Supliful wins with their fulfillment, customer service, and pricing. This service has been the best addition to my health supply store.

I'm not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately I couldn't hold back on this one. Im very disappointed with whatever operation they have running over there but clearly its just not stable. I have been waiting almost a full month for a new batch of product to be delivered which has been delayed at least 4 times, while having over 800 unfulfilled orders and a bunch of angry customers. It's ok if you just want to test the waters and start a business but once you start receiving a large volume of orders just know that they are not prepared to handle all that heat at once. I'm willing to change this review in the future, but for now, Supliful has completely ran my business to the ground and has left me totally disappointed.

Unfortunately, since we do not manufacture any of the products, sometimes we run into sourcing issues with the producers. Also, some products might be low on stock due to seasonal lack of ingredients. Nevertheless, we always ask our merchants to contact us when they see an increase in their sales so we can plan our restock accordingly to the upcoming volumes. We cannot make precise forecasting without knowing what is going on on your side. I am brand new to Supliful, this is literally my first day, and I'm breezing through the user-friendly interface to set up my store and design my own labels. This is awesome. I'm looking forward to putting my all into making 6 FIGS.

The app has an issue that won't allow customers to finish their purchases. I emailed the creators about it, but they still haven't responded in almost a week.

Supliful support has been amazing. I've had several questions and in need of support while I got my shopify store ready to go. The team at Supliful has been with me every step of the way. For years, I have been trying to find a company like Supliful. I founded and created a Vegan group of over 7400 members worldwide who have had a hard time finding great vitamins and a great savings. Love the options so far. Really excited to get into supplements, nutrition in general. Anything like a 'meal replacement' blend in the works? Would love to get some suggestions rolling around, I'm personally looking for a blend to tweak. Sidenote, only real issue I have is that I don't see an easy way to get ahold of anyone for support. I had to sent Instagram messages that took a few days to get back to me.

Pretty good so far. Products are good, good flavors, packaging looks great. It would be perfect if they were faster and if they did shipping to other places like Puerto Rico and LATAM.
