We are new, but so far, we love the products and the ease with which to design our labels. It would be exciting if you guys would offer more pet products.

The idea of Supliful sending email every month that they made a mistake in their label or a mistake in the ingredient and sellers need to redesign the label is unprofessional. This simply means you can never focus on other things; you will always be stuck on editing labels on Supliful products every month. I noticed this only happens after you subscribe to their monthly plan. Now here are some reasons why this is harmful to sellers. Firstly, some of these products and pictures have been placed on Facebook ads, and having to stop an ad that is running for three weeks simply because you want to redesign the label or edit the label of that particular product is a big loss of advertising spend because some of these ads take time to yield results. Second, not all sellers design the label themselves; some paid professionals to do the designing, this means they need to keep spending money every month for the same product design that they have spent money on before. Thirdly, some of these product pictures have been posted on social media platforms and this means we need to keep deleting posts every month because the previous labels contain ingredients that have been removed. If this mistakes happens once a while then its understandable but for it to happen every month? I understand you are doing this for subscription purpose but there are better ways to gain subscribers rather than forcing sellers to redesign product monthly. You can increase price per product for none subscribers and new arrival product to be accessed by subscribers. It is a win win sitution

This past month, we did encounter a couple of instances where spelling and punctuation mistakes slipped through our label templates, or we received incorrect information from suppliers. We’ve recognized that these errors should have been caught in our initial checks, and we’ve since put additional safeguards in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again. We’re committed to ensuring this won’t be an issue moving forward. We also want to assure you that we didn’t require any updates to user labels with minor spelling and punctuation errors, as long as they met our overall guidelines. Additionally, product ingredients and descriptions appear on the back of each item, which isn’t visible in the product mockups. So, there’s no need to re-upload images or pause any Facebook ads where you’re using our mockups. You also won’t need to renew your Supliful subscription just to generate new mockups. We only enforce product label updates when absolutely necessary to protect both end customers and the brands on our platform. Thanks again for your understanding and support! Great platform but products pricing is off and shipping costs are too high when factoring the additional subscription fees and the extensive time it takes to create labels/ setup initially. ie Supliful Jojoba Face Oil 30ml wholesale price before we mark it up to sell is $11.50USD when its commercially available anywhere at $13USD - even in higher priced boutiques. It does feel like we are paying you to sell your products to consumers who will need to pay more for them in the end. Perhaps revise the pricing matrix and I hope to jump back on board then as the platform is looking great!

The app and the service itself is top notch. Can't fault it. The only reason I've decided against using it is the shipping costs for UK customers is too high to make the buy the products.

****** UPDATE ****** So here is my update on 7/24/2024. Customer services finally got back to me and was helpful. The process takes a little bit of time to learn but now that I understand it better it's fairly easy to use. I ordered my first samples and I'm excited to see how everything goes. I'll update again once my samples arrive. ****************************************************** I just started using Supliful and already I'm not sure if I will continue with them. i sent two emails already asking question and still not one reply. They have great products but only give the bare minimum info about them for example the Manuka coffee does not state where the beans are from nor does it give the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) or the Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. I created a custom label so I can add it to my shop but it doesn't tell me if it is in review or not. As stated I emailed twice asking these questions and have not gotten an answer. For now I will not be adding the products to my shop as my customers expect high quality products but with prompt and reliable customer service. If i can't get answers then I can't provide my customers with the high quality customer service my brand is known for. Hopefully this gets addressed and I can add these coffees to my already amazing product lineup.

This has been a really great experience. Had been looking for a system where I could sell white labelled products and came across Supliful. Onboarding and getting things up and running was really hassle free, products are great.

Great products and professional staff. My only issue is I have been waiting for a week after an order for label approval. I would highly suggest doing a test order because I am going to have to refund my first sale because it is taking so long

I am very frustrated with Supliful. I placed a test order for my Shopify store since April 8 and it was never fulfilled. This has prevented me from launching my store. I do not recommend using their services.

Poor customer service- they wrongfully charge additional fees for mistakes that aren’t the customers. They don’t listen to the consumers they just stick to their faulty script. Which the consumer complaint states if a person doesn’t receive their goods they should be refunded, especially if it was “returned” mysteriously. Showing them proof doesn’t help but hopefully BBB will!
Hi Her.BS, We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with Supliful. For some reason, the original shipment was returned to our warehouse facility as they deemed the originally provided address as incomplete. Our customer support team has offered to reship the order to a different address if you agree to cover the shipping costs due to the faulty first address. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders already fulfilled as all products are fulfilled and labeled on demand. Yours truly, The Supliful Team
First of all I will say I love the ability to customize the labels and the ability to create my own brand. I think the shopify integration works very well. There are a few issues that may push me to go elsewhere. Processing and shipping takes way too long. In this day and age customers have a higher expectation and if I can't deliver their product quicker they will go somewhere else. For me, I've got to be able to sell on multiple platforms. The shopify integration is very good. But Supliful needs other integrations or the ability to ship faster so I can sell on Tiktok and other platforms. Email and support is also too slow. I really love the concept and products I've sampled. However, I may not stick around too long unless they can speed things up.

Very professional, great products and good service. I actually use the products myself. My favorite part is how well they print their labels. The possibilities with Supliful are truly endless, you just have to know how to capitalize on it and I’m happy that I’m doing it with Supliful.

March 2024 - We are a new store and have placed four orders for five different products through Supliful to test the process. They did not fulfill a single order without us having to email them and tell them to push the order through. The orders show up in Shopify and even show up in our Supliflul orders tab but they don't get fulfilled automatically. The automatic fulfillment is nonexistent. There is no way this model would work if we had multiple orders from multiple customers. May 2024 - Supliful responded to my review and you can read their response below. They claim the orders were fulfilled automatically but that is absolutely NOT TRUE! Every order required us to contact them to get the order pushed through. EVERY ONE! I am not satisfied with their response.
Hi Flvme, Thank you for your feedback! Our team has previously advised you to reach out to Shopify customer support. On the Supliful side, everything is working as it is supposed to, and all other accounts don't experience the same issues. After reviewing the orders we received, we see that they were fulfilled automatically without any issues. Paid for a yearly subscription and I can't even get anyone from technical support to look into why customers can't buy supplements from 1 of my stores.
