App installed just fine and even after I enabled the app in my theme, the app settings just keeps showing me to Configure widget to be shown in store.

Handy app. It is really annoying though. By default it has a really obnoxious sound that plays when your users visit your site. It has a popup chat message that is automatically enabled that you have to hunt for the setting to disable. It also does not allow you to manage, change or update any settings from inside the Shopfiy Admin area, you have to to to Tawk.to's website to change anything.

Like many have said, the interface is quite clunky. It could definitely use an update. Features are nice, but the Shopify data sync leaves lots to be desired. My biggest gripe (and reason for uninstalling) is their branding is everywhere. Everywhere. It's not a simple, subtle "powered by x" like other providers. No. It boldly advertises its own product and redirects customers away from your site. In the main chat window, for example, there's a huge button right above the text field that is almost impossible not to accidentally click and be redirected to tawk.to. It is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, not a very classy practice from tawk.to. And honestly, greedy and a waste of resources. Most consumers are not needing a chat app, so there's no point in tawk.to using it's own customers to try and siphon consumers to their site to begin with. Anyway. I'm uninstalling. It's not worth paying $20 a month just to remove the disrespectful advertising.

I used this App quite some time ago and uninstalled because I was frustrated with its cumbersome workings. BUT the widget on the bottom right of my website would not go away. SO I reinstalled it and still was having issues with the operations of Tawk. I Uninstalled again, and that darn widget is still on my screen. I know it is from Tawk because if I click it and send a test message, the message will come to my email with the logo of Tawk. Now I uninstalled it, so this APP writes a code on your Theme. I am very frustrated because I want to get another Chat App that will work better for me but the new App widget sits partially on top of the Tawk widget and it looks so unprofessional. I've reached out to Tawk Support for them to remove whatever code is stuck behind but they are not responding to me. So I feel left high & dry. It is unnerving to have code left behind, especially when it messes with my Homepage. Tawk Support ... help me and I will revise this review. PLEASE!

Tried installing the app, and it said I have to add the widget code to every single page on my site. Are you kidding me? Who has time for that? Uninstalled the app in less than 5 minutes.

This is a great app. I was not even told by any staff to please write a review about them. Failure to do this would equate me to an ingrate. Thanks guys. The free service is just all I've wanted, at least, for my level of business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I saw this app on a review page. I was curious but skeptical because it's free. But I'm blown away by how awesome this app is, especially for someone like me who is just starting. This app gives you all the features you need for free! Other apps would make you pay a huge fee just for basic features. One of my favorite features is the free Knowledge Base page. There is a paid version that gets rid of branding and gives you other features. But I honestly like the branding; it lets people know what superb chat service I'm using. Once I have a steady profit, I'm gonna support this business and get the paid version. Thank you for making an excellent program!

They got 24-hour online support, why have no response to an obvious bug that I submitted ten days ago? Very disappointed.

I loved this app at first, but then all of a sudden it stopped notifying us via email that someone started a ticket/ filled out the offline form. We tried talking to tech support but the guy didnt seem to want to help. At this point its time to disconnect it once we catch up to all the emails weve missed.
