the application is not working anymore, nothing is going well, we can't open the page, we can't validate

There is button placed outside of the widget. We can't fix this. Customer support is AI, You don't get to speak to a human unless you schedule a meeting. We don't want a meeting!

if i could leave 0 stars i would. 29$ a month to remove one line of text with no exceptions . a complete scam

Support is nowhere to be found. Hard to set up and edit the widget. No thank you!

Handy app. It is really annoying though. By default it has a really obnoxious sound that plays when your users visit your site. It has a popup chat message that is automatically enabled that you have to hunt for the setting to disable. It also does not allow you to manage, change or update any settings from inside the Shopfiy Admin area, you have to to to Tawk.to's website to change anything.

I used this App quite some time ago and uninstalled because I was frustrated with its cumbersome workings. BUT the widget on the bottom right of my website would not go away. SO I reinstalled it and still was having issues with the operations of Tawk. I Uninstalled again, and that darn widget is still on my screen. I know it is from Tawk because if I click it and send a test message, the message will come to my email with the logo of Tawk. Now I uninstalled it, so this APP writes a code on your Theme. I am very frustrated because I want to get another Chat App that will work better for me but the new App widget sits partially on top of the Tawk widget and it looks so unprofessional. I've reached out to Tawk Support for them to remove whatever code is stuck behind but they are not responding to me. So I feel left high & dry. It is unnerving to have code left behind, especially when it messes with my Homepage. Tawk Support ... help me and I will revise this review. PLEASE!

They got 24-hour online support, why have no response to an obvious bug that I submitted ten days ago? Very disappointed.

Awesome App. Seamless integration. Really easy way to engage with new customers and answer their queries, provide reassurance in this Covid challenged world and as an online gift store, provide some of the personal service and interaction normally only available to brick and mortar stores. Love the new knowledge base. Great feature. Keep up the great work.

For free it's a great app with lots of functions. However, I've had an issue arise and even two weeks later I'm struggling to get a response. The support specialists can't offer a time frame and I feel like they don't particularly care about the issue. Update. It's now 7/09/20. I opened case on 28/06/20 and I still don't have a response. I am still getting no help when asking how long it will take for a response. My issue is related to the scheduler not turning on and off when it's supposed to meaning that people are expecting chats when I'm not online and getting annoyed when no one is responding. I'm wondering if they're waiting for the UK time change??! Yes the option is there to do it manually but that is ensuring that you remember to turn it on and off when necessary. It's frustrating that there is an option to schedule online and offline hours but it doesn't work.

The Scheduler allows you to manage the operating days and times of the widget. Its purpose is to make the widget go offline, even if there are Agents logged in. For example, let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you log in before 9 AM, you will not receive chats and your visitor will get the offline form. The same thing happens when the clock hits 5 PM. Even if there are agents online, the widget is forced to go offline. Just installed this app, had a few questions and issues but simply used there easy customer support chat and got a prompt reply - customer service is great! totally recommend.

An excellent onsite chat tool and the free plan is all we ever needed. The interface is a little messy, but there's lots of options. I wish you could better customize the onscreen icon, but that's minor. Likes: good mobile app, customized notifications, easy to see customer site journey during chat. We moved to Gorgias to bring all channels into a single view, but are considering going back to Tawk.to for chat only because it's much better.

This app is free! FREE! The capabilities you have on this live chat considering it's FREE is immense. Support is fantastic. You can customise the widget incredibly easily. I wouldn't not recommend this app - there's also a free app for your phone so you can leave the computer and not have to worry about missing your customers.
