Must admit I am very disappointed of the app and service. Totally useless. The updates never go smoothly, it's deleting all my theme customizations (which I payed a lot for) and I can't use the updated theme. Most important files need to be configured manually, and I have to hire a developer to make the changes, for extra payment ($300 to be exact). It is ridiculous as a pay you each month for this app.
Hi camieandme team! The Theme Updater does identify customizations that it cannot carry over from your 2021 theme version so you can manually carry them over to your updated 2025 theme version. Customizing the theme to be right-to-left and adding third party app code and customizations does introduce a lot of additional complexity. However, our support team has been helping you with each of your questions as they come up and please let us know if there is any additional help you may need by replying to your open ticket so we can do our best to help out. This is a great companion app to the OOTS themes. We hit a few stumbling blocks updating an old theme full of little customisations, but the support team was helpful and swift - thank you, Corey! The new sections are a truly welcome feature, and choosing to install only the ones you need makes a lot of sense.

Had issues with my updates on the updater The team reached out to me resolve the issue which was swiftly done
Hi Revive team! We have tried to reach out to you a couple times to see if there is anything that we can do to work with you on this and are waiting to hear back from you! In regards to the update itself, it sounds like some previous code customizations failed to transfer to the new version. This can be custom code added to theme files or code/scripts from third party apps. All the best, Out of the Sandbox

Sustainable and Regularly Updated I've been using the Turbo theme for years, and I couldn’t imagine switching to another theme for 3 main reasons: - Proven Longevity: Turbo has been around for years, which ensures its sustainability. (It’s tempting to go for flashy themes that seem impressive at first glance, but it’s a trap. If they’re developed by a couple of guys working out of a tiny studio, they often disappear or move on after six months or a year, leaving the theme outdated with no further updates...). - Always Up-to-Date: Turbo is updated promptly to stay compatible with Shopify’s latest features and updates. - Responsive Support: Their support team is incredibly responsive and solves any technical customization issues efficiently.

Theme update did nog work on the first try. Contacted support and after 30min the issue was fixed! Great app, even better support!

Works great although not all customizations will be transferred although its a lot better than previously. Love the new sections which have been added. Support is also great!

Just received a DMCA Takedown Notice from these guys, No direct support contact on their page Their register page is not working : https://register.pixelunion.net/ Just had AI bot that is unhelpful Also their reset password link is not working, this is the email from Shopify This is the email we received, with one day to action this otherwise our site will be taken down, I am not impressed. We received a Digital Millennium Copyright Act takedown notice from a theme developer claiming that your Shopify store, xxxxxxxx is using an unlicensed version of the following theme: https://outofthesandbox.com/collections/turbo-theme Your store will be taken offline on November 6, 2024 if this issue hasn’t been resolved. Clicking on app -store health check- and a spinning wheel, then nothing. So out of the -sand-box this app does not work.

A definite must if you're getting an Out of the Sandbox theme......you need to keep up with changes and this does it easily. Go Pro and you get additional sections to add to your site.

Support is great, very responsive. Slight issue is everytime I update the theme i have to check all the theme customisations. Can take while to figure out, even though I have ticked the maintain theme customisations.
