This app has a lot of features. I'm still figuring them out. It's not the most user-friendly app, but maybe it's just me. Shopify Inbox was super easy and served my purpose, but it had a lot of bugs...will keep trying with Tidio.

We've been using Tidio for years. It's a must have to build customer confidence. Adding Lyro has been amazing. It does a better job than we do when answering questions. We love it.

I got the app as it was recommended to me, specifically the AI Live Chat, Lyro. I am enjoying working with the app, as it is easy to use and reduces the time spent responding to customers. Saving us lots of time in handling low-effort customer questions. The only thing I could ask for is more reasonable pricing. I don't need that many smart AI chats since our customers' questions need only low effort to handle. But would prefer AI to interfere after a few automatic flow interactions. We didn't have many chances to try out the full capacity of Lyro AI after the quota is ran out on simple customer questions.
