Tidio has truly transformed the user experience on our Shopify webstore - answering most of the queries without agent intervention, we are just starting to earn all of the powerful features that will transform our interaction with potential and existing customers - highly recommend !

The AI Chatbot saves us soooo much time answering all the common questions about my products. My team was doing it over email and it would take up ALOT of our day. Now that we've input the knowledge, the AI system answers all the simple questions so easily.

Good overall. A bit pricey for AI Chat conversations. Backend settings is robust and has many features to dial in your website chat capabilities.

The best part is that Tidio combines live chat with automated chatbots. When I’m not online, the bot answers basic questions about shipping, delivery times, or returns. This saves a lot of time and still gives customers quick answers.
