We came across Tidio for a new AI solution for our chat feature. It works better than we expected + it has more features like flows that can bring up sales. 4 stars because it currently lacks a few features, but since they're constantly evolving, we are going to rate it 5 stars once things get patched up.

First time user for this type of AI assistant for the store and once I connected Tidio with all the knowledge sources it was answering pretty much all store enquiries immediately. Will only get better with time as more conversations are solved.

I love how easy Tidio is. It was a breeze to setup in the first place years ago and when I want to tweak anything, it's easy as. The tech support team are also easy to deal with and that's why I highly recommend Tidio.

We are very happy with Tido, and as we have grown as a business they have easily grown with us. We have gotten to the point where the Lyro AI agent and flows are quite helpful to managing support.

Tidio has been a huge step in our Customer Support expansion. We are now able to keep up with our C/S tickets so much faster and keep our customers happy with a much smaller C/S team. Lyro handles 70-80% of the Chat tickets, so those are conversations we never even have to touch. The more we "teach" Lyro, the more tickets it can handle. I appreciate the simple system built in for us to review Lyro's responses and learning platform.

Tidio is great and very convenient. The AI agent is an awesome feature, especially for chats you get after store hours and it can automatically answer the common questions, which saves us a lot of time.

Overall we like it. The AI chat is awesome and has improved our time to respond with customers, however the email helpdesk functions are very basic. Its getting better slowly but surely. Hopefully with time they will beef up the capability so we are staying with it.
