This app has been a total game changer for our business. Connecting with customers in real time has helped us close three times more sales. The built-in tools make it easy to see exactly which pages customers are viewing, so we can jump in at the right moment. Even when we’re away, the offline features let us keep things running smoothly—whether we’re taking a quick break or a half day off.

Tidio has been a huge step in our Customer Support expansion. We are now able to keep up with our C/S tickets so much faster and keep our customers happy with a much smaller C/S team. Lyro handles 70-80% of the Chat tickets, so those are conversations we never even have to touch. The more we "teach" Lyro, the more tickets it can handle. I appreciate the simple system built in for us to review Lyro's responses and learning platform.

Tidio is great and very convenient. The AI agent is an awesome feature, especially for chats you get after store hours and it can automatically answer the common questions, which saves us a lot of time.

Overall we like it. The AI chat is awesome and has improved our time to respond with customers, however the email helpdesk functions are very basic. Its getting better slowly but surely. Hopefully with time they will beef up the capability so we are staying with it.

Lyro is pure genius. It took just a few hours to update it with learning sources on my website and after multiple tests, its been consistently resolving inquiries satisfactorily. I can't wait to scale and watch this really take control of my workflows.

Good app - let's you see all your conversations from different channels in one place. The AI suggested answers + Lyro are improving each month (but still need checking). Support team are really responsive and helpful if you have issues.
