Was told I had to just click a review (bad, good or great) to get some bonus points, but then after clicking told I need to write a review on shopify. Bit misleading considering the app is good lol.

Die Tidio App ist super einfach zu bedienen, bietet viele nützliche Funktionen und ist weitestgehend selbsterklärend. Besonders die KI-Funktion Lyro ist eine großartige Unterstützung im Alltag – absolut empfehlenswert!

I have been using Tidio for some months now. The Lyro AI bot is very good for when you need extra help and don't have the capacity for extra agents to handle chats. I have recently updated our flows to make chats more proactive so I expect us to be using Tidio more and more! Recommended to businesses of all sizes.

The platform is very user friendly and the lyro email suggestions are very helpful. We haven't used the AI chatbot much but it's pretty good. The platform could be a bit more customizable but they seem to be adding that soon and are open to suggestions on how to update their app. Really nice so far!

I've been using Tidio for a couple of years now and I can say that I'm happy about it for my ticketing needs. It can definitely do better from a few perspectives but overall and considering the pricing, I think it's one of the best if not the best choice out there

Love Tidio, Its very useful and we have all we need. We wish it was slightly cheaper as it is the most expensive app we have for our shopify store.

It could be way better in the way of better helping the customers more. Most of the questions asked to doesn't know and they are basic standard questions.
Hi! To get the most out of Lyro, it’s essential to complete the setup. At the moment, it doesn’t have access to your product catalog - connecting it through Shopify product sync would be a great next step. Lyro has only handled 7 conversations so far, so increasing that number will give you a clearer picture of its potential. Currently, your Resolution Rate sits at 28%, but I’m confident we can push it past 50% (Lyro in Tidio Support is at 70%+).
