Tidio has been a gamechanger in being able to funnel all my enquiries into a single space. The AI Chatbot has also been a big help in reducing the time needed to respond to customers.

We came across Tidio for a new AI solution for our chat feature. It works better than we expected + it has more features like flows that can bring up sales. 4 stars because it currently lacks a few features, but since they're constantly evolving, we are going to rate it 5 stars once things get patched up.

Tidio has been a huge step in our Customer Support expansion. We are now able to keep up with our C/S tickets so much faster and keep our customers happy with a much smaller C/S team. Lyro handles 70-80% of the Chat tickets, so those are conversations we never even have to touch. The more we "teach" Lyro, the more tickets it can handle. I appreciate the simple system built in for us to review Lyro's responses and learning platform.

Good app - let's you see all your conversations from different channels in one place. The AI suggested answers + Lyro are improving each month (but still need checking). Support team are really responsive and helpful if you have issues.

Its good, but actually more complicated with more features than I need. It requires a plan upgrade to get detailed info. on visitors, and to change the name of the Bot. but as far as stability and operation the program is stable and works as expected.

Appen har allt som behövs för att få det att flyta på ordentligt. Saknar automatiseringar vad gäller att skicka automatiska svar om kunden inte svarat oss på ett par dagar. Men utöver det, super!

Love Tidio, Its very useful and we have all we need. We wish it was slightly cheaper as it is the most expensive app we have for our shopify store.

Couldnt live without Tidio. Some tech issues to iron out in regards to flow nodes working properly 100% of the time. Aside from that minor issue it does provide the basis for our onboarding systems and it performs well in our pre-launch beta testing.

Very good so far, pricing becomes a challenge once you scale AI conversations and flows but it's a great tool.
