It could be way better in the way of better helping the customers more. Most of the questions asked to doesn't know and they are basic standard questions.

At the moment, it doesn’t have access to your product catalog - connecting it through Shopify product sync would be a great next step. Lyro has only handled 7 conversations so far, so increasing that number will give you a clearer picture of its potential. Currently, your Resolution Rate sits at 28%, but I’m confident we can push it past 50% (Lyro in Tidio Support is at 70%+). This has an expensive and complex price structure, involving paying for flows, then chats, then customer service. I paid for a plan and in 1 day I needed to upgrade again!! if you have any starter plans then you still cannot see crucial information. Just beware, if you want full functionality monthly for a half decent website you will probably land up paying $300 pm not $59 as advertised.

It's not possible to bulk export chats. Tidio is not transparant. If webshops receive visitors on their website, the chat conversations should be managed by the customers of Tidio, in this case the webshop, which should be able to bulk export the chats. I found 20+ alternatives in the Shopify appstore already. Chatty seems to be the best alternative. Edit: Chatty doesn't have this feature standard implemented, but after asking, they replied to me within 1 minute that it's manually possible, because they put their customer on no 1. When I asked Tidio to do this, your employee told me that the chats & chat history belong to Tidio only, not the customers of Tidio (Shopify webshops in this case). Update 2025-07-18: Not necessary anymore to export chats, which seems surprisingly possible now. I will never work with TIDIO LLC anymore in the future. Update 2025-07-21: Since when is it available in the plus plan? Also your customer support employee didn't mention this. He clearly stated that it wouldn't be possible at all, because the chats belonged to Tidio, according to this Tidio employee. If Tidio employs such employees, I don't need to work with them, but that's my current opinion.
We appreciate your feedback. It's worth mentioning though, that the competitors you mentioned do not offer this feature within their software. Couldnt live without Tidio. Some tech issues to iron out in regards to flow nodes working properly 100% of the time. Aside from that minor issue it does provide the basis for our onboarding systems and it performs well in our pre-launch beta testing.

Our business is in the pet healthcare area. We want to leverage the benefits of AI without automating too much. I was struggling to find a help desk and live chat which was flexible enough to permit this. I downloaded and trialled at least 4 other alternatives and none of them could provide the flexible options that Tidio could. Its early days and we are still i our trial period but I think this platform is going to be a real asset to my business. we are a small team of 4 and as the business owner I am the only one with in depth knowledge however with the use of AI to 'suggest' not automate responses, it will enable my staff to start responding to many of the enquiries that we receive. Moreover the customer service available on this app is fantastic. The automated help desk is great but they quickly put you through to a live agent if required who responds quickly. I had to escalate a couple of issues that the live agent could not resolve and these issues are being worked on currently but I have every confidence that they will be sorted out. None of the other options that I looked at provided live support quite like it and that was one of the key deciding factors when making a decision. Thanks Tidio. You are doing a great job.

Very good so far, pricing becomes a challenge once you scale AI conversations and flows but it's a great tool.
