Stable, lightweight and good UI One problem is that I can't seem to set exceptions for operating hours and have to disable them fully when it's a public holiday.

En general es una buena aplicación, la conozco desde otras plataformas y funciona bastante bien, me gustaría que los planes de pago fueran un poco más accesibles, pero en general incluso el plan gratuito es bastante completo.

I like the app but it seems a bit greedy. You upgrade to the $39 plan to have unlimited chatbot then you loose the capability for proactive chat...seems a bit greedy to want another $15 to get access to somethig that you had access to with the lower plan.

Great option for chatbot on my website! Beautiful UI and easy to use. Paid plan allows us to give customers automatic replies when we're away. Phone app is a great tool as well!

This app has been extremely easy to use, not only for myself but my customers. I love the option to be able to use it on the computer as well as through the app. That makes it very easily accessible in the office or on the go. There have been a couple of times I had questions about a unique situation, and the customer service reps were VERY helpful. I highly recommend Tidio!

I love Tidio. It's simple, it works, Great Customer Support. It also forwards to my email platform when I'm not available. Highly recommended.

Great app for online customer chat! Super easy to use and they even have a mobile app. Also really efficient customer support. Must recommend for any shopify store.
