We've been testing the app for a couple of weeks and got some many questions coming through that helped us drive orders. Now testing the bots. Also worth saying, Tidio customer service is amazing too. Definitely worth a trying for your business

Excellent app, works fantastically even if your business is small and only uses the free plan. Still feature-rich, and reasonable rates for increasing your plan for more services. Also prompt and friendly customer support! Definitely one of the best value and user friendly apps we use.

Hands down the best support ever. The easiest app to download and set up and I appreciated the fact they offer a free version which is sweet and nice for small business who just started. I recommend this app to anyone who wants 5 star service, and an easy use app.

So far, great. Saved me a huge order when Shopify stalled an order. Shopify could not see the order but I could see what was in their cart with Tidio. The shopper had been ordering for 3 hours!
It is always great to see our app really helping our clients! Here's to many more saved deals :)

The support staff is ready and willing to help with all your concerns. And I have seen this application in action on a couple of other shopify stores out there and it’s looks professional and good. They also offer flexibility in terms of plans and pricing. The only issue for me was that the application appeared to have a glitch but it turns out I just needed to clear the browser. Support explained it to me, thanks.

I'm really sad to see that you are not fully satisfied with our app. Sometimes the old settings appear because your browser saves the old settings to make your website load faster (browser cache). We love the app! We're using the free version and everything we need is possible. One of the few apps with live chat and they really do respond immediately. Support is very kind and helpful.

It is a great app but I had canceled the recurring charge from their tido live chat on September 8th 2021. On September 19th they charged me anyway for a service I had canceled. I would like for someone to reach out to me and refund my money please and thank you.

Tidio has a lot features, almost a dizzying amount, but for us, it is not always user friendly to figure out how to use them all. The naming of the features can be confusing and similar features are found in different places. But if you have the patience to really dig in, you will likely find most of the features you would want. On-line chat is very helpful, but again, requires patience to fully understand, as they are well-steeped in the software and you are not..so what seems simple to them may not be so to you! We use our chat app mostly for direct, live chat with site visitors, so cannot really comment on all the auto-responding bots. But works reliably well for live chats. The one feature I WISH they had was to include a "please leave email" field within their bots, so if a visitor needs to leave before you can get to them or get back to them, it is clear and simple that they must leave an email so you can get back to them. This message must be manually entered by you, which makes it a bit harder/less obvious for the visitor, which means they might leave without leaving their email, and could be gone forever!
