Great support team. Any ideas I have, I run them by the team and they're always there to help. The upgraded feature of being able to see what customers are typing, really gives us an advantage to answering customer questions faster. And fast support is what customers need.

Great app that gives you a lot of insight into how to serve customers digitally. They have very fast, capable help agents on their live chat as well. Love being able to track customer's browsing history, initiate conversations, and integrate social media.

The free plan should include unlimited chatbots as the description says, after a few months they are requiring 39$ monthly Fees to be able to get chatbots, I don't know why would you guys add this feature to the free plan when it is paid!!

On the free basic plan while we do offer unlimited chats, we offer 100 triggers of Chatbots per month, we have it listed on our pricing page which you can find here: https://www.tidio.com/pricing/ We added the feature to the free basic plan, to let our clients see the might of what Chatbots can do, and if they choose to do so, subscribe to get unlimited triggers. Quería una app para chat que no necesitara WhatsApp y esta me ha sorprendido por su calidad. Tiene muchísimas funcionalidades sorprendentes. El modo gratis está bien. Quizá, por poner un pero, diría que para tiendas con poco volumen como la mía, las funcionalidades extra por 39€ son un poco excesivas. No digo que no lo valgan, pero si fuera un poco más económico sí que las pagaría.

Pretty amazing app! dozens of beautiful email templates, pretty awesome UI and desktop and mobile apps. Chatbots are pretty legit too. I only give it 4 stars because it doesn't have sms marketing, which would really make it perfect for us!
