Their customer service is super quick to respond and solve problems accurately and quickly. I installed this plug-in for each of my stores, which is super easy to use and helpful for my transformation.

The app stuffed up our theme and caused a major malfunction. In addition, after over a year they suddenly deleted our premium account, configured chatbot, and all the customer base for no reason. BEWARE!
We're sorry -- in response to the globally imposed sanctions, Tidio is suspending all operations in the sanctioned countries. Since your account has been identified as originating from one of them, Tidio has terminated your account as we've informed you via email. I have had a great experience with Tidio. I used to use the chatbot flows, but the introduction of Lyro AI has been a gamechanger. Huge help and answers a ton of questions before we need to step in. There are a lot of chat options out there, but we think Tidio is the best.

I added Tidio not thinking much of it, but it has really great automations. I can't be there all the time, and it makes my store seem so much more professional. I am pleased with this app.

Great and quick support! I used the chatbot for some help and got very quickly response. It looked complicated at the beginning but once you understood the logic it is easy to manage yourself.
