I have used this in the past (during the pandemic when we had to work from home) so I was super excited to get to download it again for our new website. So far so good, I love the different plan options and the ability to customize the widgets. Super helpful for our company!

This has been a great tool for our business, offering a wide range of useful features and resources. We primarily use it for the chatbot, and it has performed really well in that area. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the ticketing interface could be improved. Aside from that, it’s been a very positive experience overall

Tidio is a great support for our customer care team, enabling us to chat live with customers and resolve issues in real time. When the operators are not online, it responds quite well to requests, and we deal with them in the morning. We sell mostly furniture with many specifications that need to be understood by the client, and Tidio is able to keep them engaged while we find information.

I am absolutely amazed by the AI Lyro Chatbot. We have a complex product line, and customers require their products to fit within our packaging and ask a lot of "will this fit" size questions. Lyro has handled these questions accurately and provided instant product suggestions, resulting in customers placing orders. Before this, a customer would have to wait for us to research sizes and write them back hours later. All of this was done simply by Tidio connecting to our Shopify account.
