I've been using Tidio for about a month and I like it so far. The AI responses via chat are helpful, especially considering I'm still learning how to add "knowledge" and fine-tune the responses. There are a variety of different plans and I'm still figuring out exactly what I need for my business, yet I'd recommend it overall.

Very good app and the AI is helpful, if you train it correctly it can answer all the basic and even complex previously asked questions. Very good app

From our use on our store, I enjoy it because I can respond quicker to messages and give our customers the best support as fast as possible because most customers do not want to take the time to email or call these days.

I installed this app yesterday, so that I could chat live with visitors to my site. The app says it can't scan my site for info, and when I set it to scan specific pages it doesn't load. the loading wheel has literally been spinning since last night. Also it pulled contacts and chats from my other website so now they're all mixed up. Deleting this app. I will try something better. Oh and the AI bot runs you around in circles trying to fix the issue.
Hi! This isn’t the experience we aim to deliver - especially when your goal was simple: live chat working cleanly on one site. The good news is that this is fixable! A human from our support team can review your setup directly, properly separate the domains, and confirm whether the scanner issue is environmental or on our side. No AI loop, no pressure to stay. A well designed app, we have a website and the app is used only on our website to have Lyro interact (chat) with people, visiting the website, and the customization is great, when a difficult question is asked and Lyro can not answer with the resources provided, then it is possible to add manually an answer for that question once detected, then Lyro can use the answer in future interactions, which is great. Very useful, amazingly capable app, despite I am not using all features the app has, I would say it is worth it to have it. And on top of that the support is always there to resolve any issues possible.

Great app! Very convenient to use and already saves a lot of time. It would be amazing to add an option to translate our English texts into all other languages with one click — that would make the product even more powerful and user-friendly.
