Tidio was really easy to get set up and started. The AI agent gives really great answers, and the process for adding information for the bot to use is intuitive. So far, it's been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store!

Having a live chat option on your website creates confidence within potential buyers and customers, and we find Tidio does it best! Everything is very organized and advanced, but not in a way that is too difficult to understand for beginners. Don't hesitate, you won't regret using this app!
