I have been looking for a chat function for our website for quite some time and stumbled across Tidio. I was immediately impressed with its simple set up, functionality, customizable settings, and also their amazing support team. I now have this set up on two websites, and will be adding to a third. Great app!

This is a great app, customer support is pretty awesome they respond immediately in their live chat. It has a lot of great features and friendly customization. Your customers can contact you with ease if they have any questions while shopping which can help boost sales. I highly recommend this app

I installed this because I wanted a live chat app on my site. It took about 5 minutes total to set up from start to finish, including tweaking to my preferences. Don't look anywhere else, I did the research already this is the winner! Jan in customer service helped get everything perfect. Really fast response and help customizing thanks again!

Great app, and even though it takes time to chat with people, it is really worth it. We get a lot of customers in our brick'n'mortar shop thanks to Tidio. Great great customer service also. Don't be affraid to pay to get the features, it's worth it.

Support is exceptional and perhaps the best of any app we have subscribed to! So far, about .06% of visitors have engaged with our semiautomated customer service bot. We will continue to test different variations to see what optimizes engagement the best.

I have been using this app for 2 months now. I have both the communicator and chat features for a total of $30 per month. It is a great price point for me. After setting up automatic chat bots, the features and functions are great. I can see my live visitors and monitor this along with Google live view in Analytics. I have downloaded the app on my desktop and also iphone and both work seamlessly. After a Shopify glitch, the support team worked tirelessly to work out the issue. I highly recommend the app.

The app is very intuitive and it has lots of features. The support is very responsive and helpful and can be reached instantly via chat. Above all else however, it made my site a lot more professional-looking and functional!

Have used this app for almost 2 years and its pretty much flawless! It was my ultimate solution to solve my customer's doubts whereever I go whatever the time. I can resolve the issues from my phone wherever I am. Its extremely easy and smooth and I haven't had any issues till date. Doesn’t work. Been testing for a week. Messages don’t come through. And their chat support is useless. Kindly funny. The app they offer doesn’t even work for their support. Customer service is HUGE for us. They can even get us up and running.

I'm so sorry to hear that - the issue is caused by two chats being installed at the same time. One was added via the Shopify plugin, while the other one was installed manually using the JavaScript code. I've sent you an email from [email protected] to coordinate next steps - it shouldn't take more than five minutes to fix.

Great product and terrific support so far. Still new with it so I will update my review as I spend more time with it. Update. So far I would still say it is a good product. It has a good set of features and things like seeing what they are typing, incoming visitor notifications etc... are nice perks. I would suggest however if you have a somewhat busy site that if you plan on using the bots, you will have to pay $30 a month to get both the communicator package and the automation package. If you go with the Automation package you lose all the perks from the communicator package and if you go with the communicator package you only have 100 triggers to work with per month. It would be nice to have a communicator package with an upgrade option for some more money, but to make it a either this or that or pay double option I think is a little bit much. But, if you have the money, from what I have seen so far it is a nice package. Just think in the end it may be a bit much for us. I am going to stick with it for a bit though to give it a fair shot. Will update again if I have anything new.

You guys are all great - always there when I need you and super helpful. The Tidio chat app has been really beneficial for our business as our customers always have a lot of questions or can be a little shy and like to stay anonymous. It's also perfect for capturing leads while we sleep with the auto-bot. Really love how user-friendly and intuitive it is and have thoroughly enjoyed creating automations. Updated after a few days use: Not much activity yet - one live chat, and the customer seems to have left after I responded. and I'm still not sure whether LiveChat is for me. However, I would like to note that customer service is first rate. Questions are answered quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. I had never used a live chat app, looked at the reviews and decided to give Tidio a try. Setup was a breeze. I had some questions during the setup, and used Tidio's live chat to get answers. Response was quick and thorough. No one has live chatted me yet, so I don't have that experience. But so far, the customer service is excellent, and the dashboard is good-looking and intuitive. Certainly worth a try.
