Tidio ‑ Live Chat & AI Chatbot

Updated after a few days use: Not much activity yet - one live chat, and the customer seems to have left after I responded. and I'm still not sure whether LiveChat is for me. However, I would like to note that customer service is first rate. Questions are answered quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. I had never used a live chat app, looked at the reviews and decided to give Tidio a try. Setup was a breeze. I had some questions during the setup, and used Tidio's live chat to get answers. Response was quick and thorough. No one has live chatted me yet, so I don't have that experience. But so far, the customer service is excellent, and the dashboard is good-looking and intuitive. Certainly worth a try.

Ich habe den Chat hier in Shopify und auf meiner Webseite erstellt. Das war ein wenig kompliziert, da ich zwei Accounts begonnen hatte ( TIPP: zuerst den Shopify Account registrieren und dann das Skript in die Website einfügen). Aber es wurde mir via Live Chat sofort geholfen!!! Tolles Beispiel, wie der Chat funktioniert! Ich denke, dass ich noch viel Spaß mit dem Live Chat haben werde :)

Check out carbonthat.com.au for as a test site. The Free plan is plenty, but depending on your site sessions, investing an extra few dollars a month, is well worth it. And Props to Martin from Live Chat, helped me every step of the way! Links well with the iOS app, great job guys.

I've been using Tidio App for two sites over the past year and half, Great features and automation to drive sales and customer interaction. I am also part of their Facebook group where you can speak directly to their staff. I had a few issues and started speaking to Rafal, 30 mins later.... everything was finely tuned to work nicely between two sites under one account. You can not go wrong with this app because of their crew specifically Rafal. He is a pro and can take your business to the next level. We will always use Tidio because of the customer service they give as well as a great product! Thanks again, Rafal!

As a growing store, we love being available to our customers as much as possible, in an easily accessible and convenient way. While not always the most user-friendly on the back-end, their support is A+ and they always help us get where we want to be.

Oscar is most helpful! They are always on standby and their customer service is fantastic. They answer all of my questions, they jump through all the hoops I set up too haha. Will keep this app forever, it's amazing!

I was getting a lot of visitors to my site but conversions were low. I wanted to see if adding a chat feature + bots would help. It did! I've saved several abandon carts already by being able to communicate directly with potential customers at the point of sale. Plus Tidio's customer service is top notch - not surprsingly their chat feature works really, really well. Highly recommend!

The app works great. Was facing a little complication during the setup but Tidio live chat was very helpful and solved the issue in minutes. All working perfectly fine now. Thanks

This does everything I wanted. Just switched over from Intercom and I'm never looking back! So simple to use. Great app!
