Such a great app! We had another chat app installed and it did not meet our needs even close to what Tidio does. The app is user-friendly and the learning curve isn't too steep. The typing preview function is THE BEST, as we can start to solve any customer inquiries before they've even hit send! Tidio's Customer Service Team is outstanding, and definitely helps them to stand out from the rest. They respond quickly, provide efficient and fast resolutions and are always very friendly! Thank you Tidio!

Did my research and I have to say, this is by far the best option out there. The pre-chat email capture and the ability to make custom chatbots (I love automation), make this an instant favourite app for me. Thank you Tidio!

Edit - A tidio employee had contacted me about the confusion, and it turns out that we had just been forwarded emails we were not supposed to see. Now with the actual review, Tidio is a really good app. Although a tad higher priced, it has tons of features for sites to use, as well as a really nice interface for every feature! If they change to interaction based payments instead of visitor views, I will definitely repurchase!

Very happy with the app. I'm currently on the free plan as I'm about to launch my store. It works very well, looks nice and is very easy to set up. The mobile app is simply great in order to handle your store support on the go. Bravo.

Recently, we've been sincerely impressed with Tidio Support (Olek to be very specific). Earlier, we felt that not able to customize Tidio was quite a deterrent to using this app. We wrote a 1-star review, which Tidio took very seriously (and am impressed with their diligence to reach us). Not only did they help us customize our look, but helped us remove their branding once we could upgrade to the next level. Our website is not yet up, but we are waiting to see Tidio in action. More reviews to come as soon as we see success.

Great experience. So happy I have found a chat solution that works, allows you customise it to great lengths and also supports new businesses by oferring a free app as opposed to milking you away right from the get go as other chat apps do. Installation and configuration was a breeze and got it up and running in minutes!

Using Tidio for more than a year. Very stable, so far the server only down once to my notice but overall is one of the best live chat app for Shopify. One feature that I cannot stress how important it is to some of us which is a thread status option, Away. Online and offline is a definite but away is still super important as well. Hope this will getting added soon or else we will probably looking at some other option and probably cheaper once we hit the 24 months of usage.

My issue was not resolved. I was told in the email that through email they will be able to help me out but after I replied no response from them. My developer was using Tidio before that is the reason why it was showing the old account (I got no access to that). There were no response so I had to delete this app from my store.

as they said it might increase the sales by up 40% it's correct because the customers feel more confident about the website when they see a professional tool like the Tidio live Chat and when the customer has a question will ask through the chat and you answer him means you got a purchase

Great tool for creating leads in your Shopify store. Is easy to configure and do not require special knowledge neither special skills. Love the feeling to the visitors that the webpage is constantly monitored. It gives you a free version to start so the app will pay it self ones you finish the configuration and basic optimization.
