A bit disappointed. I previously used the "Tawk.To" app, but I thought I would make the switch to Tidio because I enjoyed the design a lot better. But here's the problem, there is a big communication delay between Mobile and Desktop. I have to quit out of Tidio and restart the entire desktop application for the interface to mirror my mobile app properly.. Sometimes the problem is never solved when I restart both applications. Right now, the Tidio mobile app is telling me there are 7 people on my website - but the Tidio desktop app is telling me there are 9 people.. Guys, this is a pretty big deal. And because of this error, none of the analytics on the Tidio App should be trusted. I have to ask myself, am I missing chats? Who knows, because it's not reporting correctly. I have missed every single chat I have gotten so far since downloading the application. I never missed a single chat when using the "Tawk.To" application. Tidio never reports correctly since the day I downloaded it. And if you're wondering, Yes- both my mobile and desktop apps are synced under the same username. My previous chat application "Tawk.To" never had these problems, ever. Unfortunately, I hate to say it but I need an immediate refund. Not only is the app not syncing, but the analytics cannot be trusted due to software issues. Specs: Latest version (10.15.5) Mac OS Catalina on a perfectly functioning iMac Pro 2017. Hey guys, in the shopify app store you'll find many awesome Apps but this one is so uuunbelievable amazing! It works really fluently and nice. I contacted the supported. They answered me within some minutes! Like it!

So far this app goes beyond our expectations. We´re really happy working with it. It´s a jewel. And we´re also very impressed by Tidio´s support team, all questions are answered fast and these guys are very friendly and professional. It is not that we have stumbled across any trouble with the app, just base knowledge general questions and these guys have been there to assist us and help us with everything we have needed. So far, great app.

This is one of the best investments I have made in my business from the Shopify App Store. The Tidio app has helped us elevate our customer service and improved our communication from 6.5 to 9.5 on a scale of 1-10. Outstanding customer support... Very helpful all times through the day and night - Very good app! Bot programming takes a couple of days as a learning curve, but very fun and very easy to learn! Highly recommended!

We've tried a number of different chat applications, help desk and CX management tools. I really like Tidio more than the others. The UI is top notch, the bot feature is great, the integrations work well and the pricing is reasonable.

I love this app! It was recommended to me by our web designer. We used it for about two months and then I had some customization I wanted to add after becoming familiar with it. The chat app on the Tidio page helped me create a custom response bot for when I was unavailable and even helped me set up a Zapier Zap to send responses directly to my email. Amazing!
