I use this to be available to customers when i'm not in our store. App is sturdy and reliable, unlike others. Support at Tido also excellent.

I have normally always been religious towards Zopim Live Chat, but i had a look at Tidio and the chat design was very appealing and refreshing. Now besides that, you can't customize it in many ways, to make it fit your website perfectly. There are also a Desktop and Mobile apps, which work very well. The dashboard and interface of the app is also super well done - And now recently i just found out that there are automations in this chat app as well, which looks REALLY promising, conversion wise. Oh yea.. And their customer support A+++

Not working at beginning, but these guys live chatted with me and assisted solved the problems shortly, assistance very helpful.

Really loving the chat app & the live view features. Only issues I have noticed was no spell check when we are typing (asked about it and they said it is something they can not offer right now), and the desktop application seems to be delayed in the live visitor reporting. It will show 20-something live visitors, but when I open the app in my web browser, it shows a live number much closer to the live view that Shopify has. Seems like when the visitors leave the site, the desktop app shows them as still on a webpage (just a guess). Another issue, I had a couple shoppers report they were not able to close out the chat box. Reported to support, but they could not replicate it & suggested it was because of the shoppers' screen size. I had to turn off the bot welcome message because I don't want shoppers leaving out of frustration, but we also really liked that feature. This was our first experience with a chat app & I am mostly pleased but also going to try some other options to see what else is out there.

I've only just installed the tool for my Shopify website, but their help has been incredible! They reply back immediately! Love how the chat looks on my website, it's really clean yet you can customise it to your brand's colours.

We've been using Tidio for few months and I have to tell you... This is a "must have app". A lot of cool features and an excellent support team. I had an issue during the upgrade process (my fault) and they were fast to respond and solve my problem.

Well, this is the best chat option (with a lot of very useful automations) you can find on Shopify, seriously. They know what we do, and how to do it. The chat looks super professional & premium on the Free version. Very impressive. They advised that are going to deliver a full integration with Zapier and the installation is literally 1 click. So, yes, 5 stars app.

I just installed the app and although I didnt have enough time yet to experience the daily operational part of the app, I want to say that the customer service is impeccable. Full guidance through the setup. Chatboxes aren't closed when problem is resolved, just stays open and every question is answered in a timely manner. Thank you Olek from Tidio! Greets Tara
