This app is great, even with just the free basic plan it a whole package if you have a smaller store. Love the chatbots and how they're able to pull info from orders and shipping locations from Shopify automatically without staff help. Their support is also great! I use it so much they're probably sick of me but they always resolve the issue.

great app, easy to integrate. good to organize and definitely can increase conversion rate when customers are better taken care.

A lot of interesting features at a very reasonable price. Most of the chatbot app I reviewed were charging upward of $50. This app is available at $18/month. Customer service is great too.

I really like this app.. I really like the option to hide the chat icon on the Mobile version and the additional features like chatbots, Email & Messenger integrations are very good. I would really love to see if they can integrate text messaging into this either intergrating with text providers like textline or some other alternatives..

Good app but unfair pricing. pricing is different for live chat and bot. not only that they only send 1000 bot notifications each month on that plan. I get 1000 visitors like every 3 days. so I will be spending all my profits to keep the bot plan running. This really is not fair.

This app is just awesome!! the people who created it are extremely professional! I have never seen an app with this much features! and the free plan is filled with features that are free forever. Im suprisingly very happy with this app. I feel it offers a lot more than expected especially given im still just on the free plan being a start up. a) the live chat button can be customised to look pretty good b) it notifies you whenever you have a visitor c) you can download a mobile app, so you can check whose visiting and have live chats with customers in the palm of your hand d) and the best most unexpected feature is that you can see which pages your customers are looking at. really pleased.

Such a great app! We had another chat app installed and it did not meet our needs even close to what Tidio does. The app is user-friendly and the learning curve isn't too steep. The typing preview function is THE BEST, as we can start to solve any customer inquiries before they've even hit send! Tidio's Customer Service Team is outstanding, and definitely helps them to stand out from the rest. They respond quickly, provide efficient and fast resolutions and are always very friendly! Recently, we've been sincerely impressed with Tidio Support (Olek to be very specific). Earlier, we felt that not able to customize Tidio was quite a deterrent to using this app. We wrote a 1-star review, which Tidio took very seriously (and am impressed with their diligence to reach us). Not only did they help us customize our look, but helped us remove their branding once we could upgrade to the next level. Our website is not yet up, but we are waiting to see Tidio in action. More reviews to come as soon as we see success.

Using Tidio for more than a year. Very stable, so far the server only down once to my notice but overall is one of the best live chat app for Shopify. One feature that I cannot stress how important it is to some of us which is a thread status option, Away. Online and offline is a definite but away is still super important as well. Hope this will getting added soon or else we will probably looking at some other option and probably cheaper once we hit the 24 months of usage.

We use the free plan offered by Tidio for our Shopify online store. Use their desktop app while I am in the office and the mobile phone app. Works great and already made a few new contacts.
