I love all the features and what you can do with this app. It's more than just a chatting app, you can build so many custom bots and it's so much fun playing around with them!

I was a little bit sceptical about whether it would help the store and how easy it would be to setup. I LOVE TIDIO! Wish I had done it ages. Really helps with conversions and a doddle to set up. Monthly cost is fair too :)

undoubtly the best customer chat service i had ever used and the best is, that you can connect directly under the same app, your facebook customers with your website custoemrs, replying them is so fast and easy that keeps you online answering without the need to be on FB or on your site chat. Thanks for this great tool.

I started using the app today, so far everything is very usefull, easy to use and everything looks appealing.

Best hookahs indeed, quarantine hookahs I would recommend they got the best hookahs and unique supplies.

So far this app is awesome! I like the array of chatbots, but it is a little difficult to create one on your own.

Highly recommended. I use the free plan and it does the job very well for me. I can answer from anywhere because of their phone app

It is a very user friendly app especially for new beginners. There are templates that allow guide and allow us to install the bot with a click. The online consultants are very helpful and prompt to assist. I am quite certain they are humans :)! I like many features such as being notified when there are visitors and I could see the replies from the visitors as well. It saves much time and effort on my end as a store owner.

This app is amazing and love all the ways you can customize the experience. Love the desktop/mobile app features that provide flexibility to respond promptly anywhere I am. Also, the service for this app is AMAZING. It's actually my favourite part of it! Love being able to talk to real people when I'm in need of help and they address all of my concerns. Thank you !
