This is a very nice app. Helps me to stay in touch with the customers and see how many people are visiting my website live. It also great that is connected to my phone, so I can respond quickly and easily. Really nice that they have a free option witch is great for the starters, and the more advance features (like seeing details about the visitors that is visiting the site) are available only on paid plan. Thank you very much for this app.

We are using Tidio so that we can reply to any queries that customers may have in real time. That's what we wanted, that's what it does! We're finding that this is really popular and encourages sales by meeting any doubts customers might have. It was really easy to set up and is very flexible to configure so that it complements our website design very attractively. The dashboard interface is very intuitive to use. There seems to lots of other useful features to explore so we're minded to do that, as its all been good so far.

The Chat Bot lead generator, Communicator and Email all in one integration is amazing! It is 100% worth the money. Great app and even better customer service.

Their live visitor tracker has been invaluable to my store since installing tidio - definitely recommend just for that feature alone!

Kudos to Tidio Team in General and Rafal for instance. I wanted to have an effective with the latest technology and user friendly Live Chat for my Shopify Store. Finally, I got Tidio, I am extremely amazed by Chatbots and the feature that allows my customers to share the files with us.

Great app, we currently use the free plan and we are really satisfied! Amazing service, has been helpful with ever enquiry we had. Easy to customize and use it. Highly recommend it

I love this app, it's super convenient, simple, intuitive and feature rich. The support is amazing as well. I don't think I can list any problems with Tidio. Nobody paid or told me to write this either, I know it sounds like it. I 100% recommend this app its just so good.

Completely unreasonable and unscalable pricing. Please don't be roped in to installing this app. Fantastic features, which I was willing to pay for, even with a hefty subscription. Then they go an cap each level of the subscription by restricting the number of visitors - 100 visitors a month for $18 USD a month and 1000 visitors a month for $36 USD a month. This equates to 18c USD per interaction with one of your potential customers, before they've even purchased anything! I don't know of one single successful ecommerce store that has only 1000 visitors a month. One of their main bots is a 'new visitor' bot, which can offer the new customer a discount. Just having this one bot running can literally wipe out your visitor cap. When I tried to have this conversation with their support team they basically said "if you need more than a 1000 visitors, we can provide a larger subscription" - larger than $36 USD a month! Do not install this app, they need to seriously consider their target audience and pricing.

I would love to emphasize that chat communication with your clients is never limited, even on the free basic plan. Also, I would love to clarify certain inaccuracies in your review as I believe a little misunderstanding in regards to our pricing model occurred here: For $18 per month, you can send your chatbots to 1000 unique visitors per month, equating to less than 2c USD per visitor. Purchasing higher tiers of the Chatbot plan provides more profitable options, of course, in terms of money spent per your chatbot message. The 100 triggers Chatbots tier, however, is available for all of our users even on the free, basic plan. Each account gets 100 chatbots to use on start, and the same limit stays if you are choosing the communicator plan as it is a separate plan that gives your other features that are great for live-chat purposes (handled by operators). Please remember that Tidio is free forever by default - the paid plans are entirely optional.

This is a wonderful App, it is very easy to communicate with your customers through there, app. Once the Customer sends a message to the chat box at the online store it will automatically come to your mail, then you can reply to it that instant. Recommended for everybody

Very cool!!! i am currently on the free version and altered my notifications today, they are even coming to my fit bit so hopefully I will not be missing much and be able to be quick to the chat! i dont want to have to add my address, as my business is out of my home, but this is not a Tidio thing its the anti-spam rules. I love Tidio!!!! thank-you for making me look good!!

Simply the best! They could do some improvements on the UX, for instance some functions are kind of 'hidden' and not intuitive to find (eg to disable on certain pages you have to find the appearance section and make advanced rules - although this is something everybody should use, because on cart pages the chat icon is over the total price). However, they are the best! Their customer live chat is available in seconds and the UI of the chat itself is awesome!

We checked several apps to find the easiest to configure with the right tool. This app is the best one out there period! Easy to edit and add new chatbots and plenty of material provided to create new bots!

Extremely well designed and thought out — they did this right! It was a great experience interacting with our first customer just a minute ago and then seeing that person start to checkout. We are still adjusting a lot of things with our site to reduce friction, and it's nice to have a little site helper always there to cover the bases. Thx Tidio folks!!
