Awesome app. We're on these chats like hawks and have seen a definite rise in conversion rates from people that are asking questions. The personal touch helps alot. Also the automation sequences are great to keep customers engaged when we're not around.

So far it's worked great for us! We even switched over our other website to Tidio because we're able to manage everything in one place. Love it! Their support team is second to none. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We've been using Messenger chat until now but Tidio was a great find for us. Yes it's a chat tool, but the real power comes from the ability to automate chat messages based on various events and triggers. This is really powerful and of course something you can't do with Messenger. Great app and really useful!

Incredible functionality, using tidio on two sites, but I can get messages from both sites in the tidio back office. Integration with email and Facebook messaging is phenomenal! Support is awesome! Thank you!

The best app for live chats. I tried other chat programs and none of them is comparable to this gem! Easy to use, great support and the best functions. Finally a development team that understands what a business needs!

I love this, I love this, I love this. Can't believe things can go this smoothly and app developer can think so much ahead. All my wishes (including full translation) fulfilled before even mentioning them. Can't live without this.

The app is as good as it's customer service, which is 5-stars in our company's opinion. One of the best parts is that you get to use the app to learn how to make your own app better. The Tidio team is always there when you need them, and are helpful and patient no matter what we've wanted to know. We're very glad we found this app for our store. And I'm confident our customers are, too.

Installed the app months ago. We had to halt production of our website while figuring out the best approach to continue for our company. We came back and our trial had ended spoke with the support team and they extended the trial for us. Instant reply when I asked my question and the backends UI is amazing and straightforward very professional group from my first impressions. Think this app is going to help us a ton with communicating with our customers while they are on our website.

Excellent tool. Easy to install and operate great with quite a few useful options. Really satisfied. One improvement that would be helpful is to allow the chat icon to be moved from its default position on the page by the user (particularly when it overlaps other page content).
