We are happy with this app. It's easier for customers to contact us. We can set chatbots and business hours for the chat and chatbot. Thank you for offering a free plan, that's very helpful for small business.

Makes a big difference for me. Acquired a few valuable leads thru this nice App. Upgrade for 15$ was necessary quite soon (free won't last very long) but that's fair for such a well-designed App. Support deserves 6 stars! Keep up the great work!

Great tool, it helped my store to get more sales. Ideal to solve those little doubts of the cleintes and close the sale.

Tidio is a great chat app and I recommend it to other users of Shopify. It has plenty of customizations and options and its basic functions are free which is great.

I would give 5 stars but I have only JUST installed the app and have yet to fully utilize it...I was having trouble uploading the app to my page and Martin in Tech/Customer Service immediately responded and was a HUGE help! :)

It's not completely free, not good after i used it. Just a free trial for some days i don't know how many days.

This app is so easy to use, and the price point is really excellent. Being able to provide our customers with instants support -- and receiving it from this app's team -- is invaluable.

This may be the best kept secret of all the shopify eco system. Have tried maybe more than 10 chat solutions so far, but none would hold a candle to this in terms of useability, functionality and effectiveness. Would be happy if it could be a little cheaper but this really is great

I have been looking for a chat function for our website for quite some time and stumbled across Tidio. I was immediately impressed with its simple set up, functionality, customizable settings, and also their amazing support team. I now have this set up on two websites, and will be adding to a third. Great app!

I installed this because I wanted a live chat app on my site. It took about 5 minutes total to set up from start to finish, including tweaking to my preferences. Don't look anywhere else, I did the research already this is the winner! Jan in customer service helped get everything perfect. Really fast response and help customizing thanks again!
