Easy to set up, AI functionality can be as simple or involved as you wish (or none at all). Affordable, easy to use, effective... what more could you ask for?!

Have been using this app for a year or two. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! We've been using it as a strategy to increase conversions and decrease returns/exchanges and I truly believe it's made a big impact. Also now loving the integration with Shopify sales - so rewarding to see that data!

This app is great. Easy to integrate into your store, and customizable to match your theme colors. The added ability to download an app to chat with customers from my phone was something I was not expecting in a free app. I highly recommend it.

Frankly, Tidio is amazing! They're going to save a lot of merchants from the "crash and burn" cycle because they have so many different options for the customer. My only pet peeve is that I have yet to merge with Facebook messenger - I set it up, but it's not functioning. I ended up having both messenger and "bot" on my homepage. However, I hope to fix that soon. Great job guys, but help me out with my messenger issue, please. Thanks.

Tidio has made it easier to talk to my customers, bring in new ones and integrate with Messenger on Facebook as well! Well worth the money! Seamless integration.

Absolutely crushed our conversions and made my add to cart slider not pop up costing us THOUSANDS of dollars in revenue. Get it together.

Best live chat app, without a question. Don't bother even trying any other one. This one has tons of features even in the free version. I've tested it a lot and it works very well!

Really great App. Easy to set up and easy to use. I like that I get noticed when a user is entering the site and I can even follow which pages he is checking.

Not real useful no real data behind the use did not increase sales Support is slow and not very helpful how can a company doing chat not be available via chat for help

How can I delete it from the online store, uninstall it and still appear on the website, who can help me
Hi, I'm really sorry to see your review. Your chat has been uninstalled - it was visible on your website because of the browser cache (it stores the old settings to load your website faster). I cannot see the chat on your website.

The trial was great. As soon as it expired, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. The only chatbot I really needed was the order update, but it's Beta for Shopify, and the pre-set format cannot be changed (beyond a few answers they draw from your shop set up, which were wrong in my case). In light of this, the plan I chose to pay for was the "communicator plan", because I found the visitor data helpful. But the very moment my trial expired that all disintegrated. It wouldn't track my visitors after midnight (9 my time, when I needed it most). They admitted it was a glitch, but 3 messages later, still not fixed. Then, as soon as I ran out of "chatbots" (which I did not pay extra for, because I didn't use them) it stopped tracking my visitors altogether. So now I have 27 more days this month that I'm paying for for nothing. In short, I feel like this app is too new and they haven't ironed out the glitches. Maybe it'll be better when they devote more work to fixing it, but I'm sure not paying top dollar for it while they do. Upped from a 1 star to a 2 star because after I posted this review someone did finally reach out to try to help.
