The App works great, especially using the machine translate option. It's still a lengthy manual process checking everything but overall, it's very convenient. Shoutout to the Customer Service Team. They do a great job and reply immediately with helpful tips, screenshots or links. This helps a lot during setup or if you can't find the right place to change a translation.

I like the app and how the translations are generated. AI does some funny translations sometimes but glad we have an option to edited. The customer service is very prompt. The best translation application I've tried, many functions and very good technical support, all the problems I've been able to find so far have been solved almost instantly. Highly recommended.

Since they integrated AI, the whole system is crashing and glitching all the time. And you can't find a human support.
