I had just started using this app today and was a bit skeptical at first, but Rosa's support was just phenomenal! She helped me every step of the way with the many questions I've had. This positive experience was the reason for me to upgrade and drop the other translation app I was testing. Looking forward to a continued positive experience

The App works great, especially using the machine translate option. It's still a lengthy manual process checking everything but overall, it's very convenient. Shoutout to the Customer Service Team. They do a great job and reply immediately with helpful tips, screenshots or links. This helps a lot during setup or if you can't find the right place to change a translation.

I like the app and how the translations are generated. AI does some funny translations sometimes but glad we have an option to edited. The customer service is very prompt. Thank you Bo for directing me through the setup. I did not have to wait not even a minute and he had a well set steps to find what I was looking for. Thank you.

Since they integrated AI, the whole system is crashing and glitching all the time. And you can't find a human support.

Customer service is very active (even if resolutions are pretty long -time for the devs to fix the issues) but my God...issues are countless when it comes to translating : coloring, spacing, hyperlinks...If you want something clean and proper you have to go over it and over it this is a real time-losing app, do not recommend.
