For the machine translation, it's a known issue that we are using an AI Translation System including Google, so sometimes quality will not meet customer's expectation due to specific language/context/situation/business industry. However, we guarantee that the system is being upgraded frequently, and the quality keeps improving when time goes 2. As we have seen one of our colleagues has replied to your question for a few minutes and sent follow-up emails two times, even if we have realized you read email, but you might miss our emails, please kindly recheck your email box 3. For the loading speed, generally the more third parties you install, the lower speed your page is, so when you installed our app which also needs code inserting on your theme to work , so it's inevitable to make your page speed lower. Here, we follow Shopify's regulations on store page speed to minimize the impact on users' store. Amazing App and even better support. I have never left a review before on an App but with Transcy I have to. I have been planning to translate our website for a long time and researched every app before doing so, I tried a few before trying transcy and the others were just not very easy to use or didn't have the full features that transcy does for editing. For anyone looking for a translation app for their store and are unsure what to choose Transcy is the one. A big thank you to Giselle, Karina, Joyce, Violet etc. in support!

Support to set up the dropdown selector within our theme was done quickly. Needed assistance with another setting to disable the popup selector and Polaris check our setup and showed us how to disable it. Again quick assistance. So far the app works well. I would suggest reaching out for assistance if you aren't sure how to use the app.

This app is great, when it does what it is supposed to. EVERY WEEK I have to contact customer support as the app. The issue is the same every week. I am in the UK, and it automatically changes the currency to a random foreign currency instead of keeping GBP. I don't use any VPNs or things like that. I send them images, videos etc. They go away for a few hours and come back saying there is no issue and to clear my cookies. This is unacceptable as my customers will be experiencing the same issues. The customer support is horrible. PLEASE SORT IT OUT!! This app has such potential.

I wanted to be able to give customers or shoppers the ability to browse the website in their own language or currency. Being able to translate the website to one's own language helps to increase your market size aka who you will be able to sell to and make more revenue as well as solve their problems. I didn't want language or currency to be a factor in not making a purchase. So I went ahead and searched language translation apps for Shopify. At first it was a bit confusing on how to make all the translations go through, but after a week and a half of going back and forth with the customer support team, I was able to make my vision into a reality. The customer support team is super friendly, helpful, fast to respond, as well as there to support even during my time to sleep at night! Highly recommend.
