4 hours to translate 1 single page (with the help of the support team).. I don't write reviews often, but for this one I have to. I've tried this app due to the good reviews, but was far from good unfortunately. The interface was difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the right sections to translate. Additionally, the support team tried tried their best, but didn't also know how some functions in their app works.... As a result, I ultimately decided to delete the app and unfortunately this experience cost me approximately 4 hours.

We use Transcy to make translation of our Polish-English Shopify based e-commerce website. Everything is alright with the app. What's the real benefit is that they provide the best customer support I've ever had. They are always open and friendly, reply very fast and concise, their answers are very helpful to fix the problems and clarify questions. I appreciate it very much!

Nach einem Tag Nutzung bin ich sehr zufrieden. Manche Einstellungen, vor allem wenn es um das Veröffentlichen geht, sind ein wenig versteckt. Musste mehrmals den Support kontaktieren. Dieser war wiederum wirklich super schnell und freundlich und hat meine Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst.

I am not very satisfied with the App, because it can only translate 1000 products, in our shop there are more than 13000. It means that the remaining products are not translated for the seo and other functions. On the other hand, the assistance is excellent. Kind and competent staff.
