Not the best app out there but customer service is always here to help so that is a big plus. It just takes time to set up and is too expensive for the services it provides (automatic translations are not good so you most likely will have to translate a lot of the website yourself or using a translator)

The customer service is top notch. Anyone who is trying hard with the set-up of a shop language/translation can absolutely rely on this service.

Just installed and still in testing phase! But its working. AND the support is awesome! all questions and issues cleared. Just the translation (not automatically - manualy would be great) of product types from shopify (javascript) would be fantastic :-)

The worst translation app. IT COULDNT EVEN AUTO TRANSLATE ONE LANGUAGE. WHAT DISSAPOINTING APP. IVE HAD BETTER LUCK WITH THE FREE SHOPIFY TRANSLATION APP. NOT WORTH 69 DOLLARS

Update: The 3rd party app translations sometimes overwrite already applied translations inside transcy. It's a nightmare to get this sorted (I've been going on about 3 weeks trying to get this done now). The app works fine, but it overwriting itself is a massive problem. I had some questions on putting the switcher in a specific spot in my theme and was helped super fast (on a weekend day, even) which I really appreciate. The app is very extensive and takes a bit of getting used to, but everything is done very intuitively and after learning how to work with it, it's absolutely perfect for both language and currency efforts.
