Great service through the chat! Very easy to use from the start. I use the basic plan to translate to Spanish. It work perfectly

Super fast and nice customer service. They helped me embed the switcher in my theme even though the theme wasn't supported :)

Terrible experience, the application leaves too many objects or words untranslated, and the manual translation does not work or works poorly, adds unwanted labels to the translations. The worst thing is that when you uninstall the application, the damage is done.

If you are installing this app, I recommend you go straight to the customer support chatbox and ask for assistance to install the app. The youtube tutorial is dated as the dashboard design and flow is continually being optimized. CS will give you clear instructions with screenshots! Shen is SO helpful and made it super easy for me to install this app. Thank you!

I haven't used the app yet, but the personal assistance I received right away was great! The online chat assisted with collaborating on Shopify and set it up in 15 mins. So far its great, thank you to Garlic!

Transcy has incredible customer service and they are quick to respond. Mikayla and Cassie are soooo nice.
