I use this app to translate my site from English to German and French. With the help of Flora( chat box) I managed to implement the translation, although with German was not working in the beginning. As far as I checked, the French translation is ok but the German version need editing.

Its a very good app, easy to use and helpful customer service! Thanks a lot to Cassie, she has been the best help. Now everything work great. This app was better for my shop, because I need to translate multiple languages, convert currency and most important I can edit some automatic translating mistakes. A few problems I did come across is that I can't edit third party auto translation which is a headache and they need to look into this asap.

A very app, but I would appreciate a little more transparency. In particular, they don't clearly mention that translations are for only 1,000 products in most of their plans. This should be mentioned in the plan comparison. Otherwise, a very good tool.

Hab heute binnen weiß nicht was, 30 Minuten oder so, den gesamten Jewelry Shop von Hoffnungsträger Yoga Jewelry übersetzen lassen in 5 der meist gesprochenen Sprachen in Europe. Hatte Hilfe von einer Admin namens Flora. Sie hat einen Top Job gemacht. Super schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. War ein wenig anspruchsvoll, weil das alles über den Chat lief und die Bilder dort zu klein sind, um sie zu lesen. Ich hab dann mit rechter Maustaste aber die Bilder gespeichert und in PPT kopiert. Ging dann viel besser, sie zu lesen. Vielleicht würde ein PDF helfen, was Transcy schicken könnte. ;-) Aber der Support an sonsten war echt super und ich hab schon mal reingelesen. Ich glaube, die Texte sind alle total super übersetzt. Wahnsinn, was Tech heute kann. Ich bin tief beeindruckt. Übrigens hab ich mich halt einfach nicht von den schlechten Kommentaren verrückt machen lassen. Die App läuft Hammer und super Ergebnisse!

I have used this app to help me perform translations from Japanese to English for my website, I really like how it handles language translation, it has helped a lot in growing our website business, it would be great if it could load translations quickly.
