Muy buena atención al cliente. El plan gratuito es algo justo ya que no puedes editar nada de las traducciones pero se ven muy bien hechas igualmente.
I initially started translating the website manually. It turned out to be a huge job per language. Then I discovered this app. It installed in 5 minutes and configured also in 5 minutes. I got great support from John of Transcy, what made it even easier. The translated text is perfect.
Did a good job, very efficient, and solved the problem very well. The attitude is also good, which deserves a good comment

I think the app does mostly well and customer support is quite goal orientated but we had some bugs to fix which really took a day.. Except for the bugs I would recommend it and also the kind lady from the support!
Very quick and helpful customer service, any issues just message them within app and they are right on it.

The best help I ever had. Daisy helped me with everything I have asked for. very quick and nice support. Translation is not the best but probably it is because specific product name of my brand and basic plan if it will be working properly deffinitly I will upgrade plan. Thank You Daisy.
