I've been using it for almost two years, and it has been very stable and efficient. The customer service is also excellent, with very quick responses. I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service. The app team was very friendly and polite, and their communication with customers was superb, ensuring a thorough understanding of their issues. They were willing to provide explanations multiple times if there was any misunderstanding. I thank the entire team, and especially Ms. Chloe, for her kindness and excellent customer service. I wish them continued success.

They promote that there is a free version. I installed it and it is only possible to use the native language and no translation in the "free version". You can literally do nothing. Just a waste of time.

The app is presented as free when it's not. Please don't get me wrong: I totally get why such apps would require a subscription, what I dislike is that you discover that you need to pay after having installed it. The 1 star is about this practice of presenting as free something that is not The free plan includes 1 target language, which you would get for free with Shopify translate and adapt. It still has the advantage to include currencies I guess. But if you need anything more, then it will be 15 dollars/months.
