That said, translation quality is something we take very seriously, and our team has continuously improved the app to provide more advanced and flexible translation options for merchants who require higher-quality localization. For better and more natural translations, the app also supports OpenAI GPT-powered translation, which usually delivers significantly more fluent, context-aware, and human-like results compared to standard machine translation. This option is especially helpful for European languages where tone, wording, and phrasing are very important for native readers. In addition, the app includes a Glossary feature that allows you to customize preferred wording, brand terminology, and specific phrases. This helps ensure translations remain more consistent, professional, and aligned with your brand voice across the store. We genuinely regret that your initial experience left a negative impression of the app. However, we truly believe the translation quality can be greatly improved with the proper configuration and translation method.
