Chette was absolutely wonderful! I had several questions about handling a customer return, and Chette was extremely patient and helpful. She took the time to answer each of my questions, explain the return and refund process, and help me work through an issue with the return process. She even went above and beyond by approving a one-time courtesy return for my customer. I really appreciated her willingness to help and make sure I understood the process rather than simply giving me a quick answer. As a small business owner, customer support like this is incredibly valuable. Thank you, Chette, for being so helpful and professional!

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Any and every problem I’ve had has been resolved in a timely manner. In particular “Mia” she’s incredibly helpful and always has a great attitude.
