very very very very very worst service I never see this kind of app more than 10 days before I placed this order but not see any single update when I asked the what is the status of this order after only checking then cancelling my order without any permission my order was cancelled very very very very worst company never use this company anymore

Working with Trendsi has been great so far! They have been going the extra mile to ensure your concerns or questions are heard and answered! Their platform and systems are user-friendly and easy to navigate and set up. I'm just glad I was able to discover Trendsi. Huge thanks to Lori and the Trendsi team! So far, Trendsi has been the best dropshipping company I’ve worked with. They let you upload up to 500 products on Shopify, which is perfect for a newbie like me who can’t afford a paid subscription yet. Their app is super user-friendly—way easier to navigate than other platforms. Plus, their flexibility and support really set them apart. Highly recommend! Harold was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me. He made the process smooth and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommend his support!

Updated review. I'm not sure what's going on at Trendsi, but things seem to have gone from bad to worse. Specifically, their shipping delays and lack of communication thereof. My last order took over a month to ship, and after I was told it was shipped, was then told not all of the order was shipped, and was being refunded for the piece that didn't ship (due to a quality issue, their generic reply). Their customer service only makes things worse. Why is it that I don't have shipping issues with the other 5 suppliers I use? I'll no longer be selling from Trenddi once I get their products removed from my store.
